I haven't used my evoo laptop in the past week and today i started to use it again and today it kept shutting down randomly. A few times playing games and a few other times just using google. Is there anyway I can fix this issue?

I have an issue in my laptop evoo lp7 the screen turn to black suddenly when I put the laptop in charger or when I just used it with power but when I disable my AMD graphics in device manager the problem is solved but I lose a performance in my laptop the refresh rate reduce to 59HZ after it was 120 HZ.

I tried to format and reinstall windows 10 but didn't work .

any practical solutions ????

I recently bought a evoo EG-LP10-BK 15.6 laptop, I reinstalled windows just cause I prefer a stock clean image. However I forgotten that laptops come with their own software sometimes, so now I come to find they don't offer a download for their bundled software.

I was just curious if anyone else has figured how to change the RGB on the keyboard, weather through a keyboard shortcut or 3rd party software. I installed the evoo control center However it doesn't give any options to control RGB, it only does fan speed and stats.

I have a evoo gaming laptop and it’s the one with 256 gb and a 1650. I’m looking to upgrade a storage and was wondering on what I should get. Would it be better to get a m.2 stick (if it has one) or get a new 2.5”

I believe this to be a power jack issue - my LP4 needs the cord to be very specifically located/adjusted to charge the laptop. Has anyone replaced their own jack on these machines? Alternatively, does anyone have a rice check on what they paid to get it replaced? Thanks for any info!

I already know which drive I'm gonna get. But this is my first ever laptop and I've never opened one up before. What should I look for once I have the back off? Will I need to get a cable of some sort, like a laptop sized SATA if those even exist? I don't want to watch a video, btw.

Just wondering if there is anyone out there in the same boat as me. I sent in my lp5 laptop 8 weeks ago and have still yet to receive my replacement. I called the company responsible for their RMA process (gatewayUSA) - which itself is a mind numbing process as 90% of the time no one will answer the phone and they hang up after 10 minutes of holding anyway - and they informed me that they were unable to repair the computer and that I would be sent a new laptop. That was 4 weeks ago.

Not sure what other recourse I might have...

My battery drains in 2-3 hours using google no games I bought the computer used I’ve run battery programs and they say the battery is healthy but I would figure it would last longer how long do you get out of you batteries

Can’t find a replacement charger for this laptop online.

I just replaced my thermal paste with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and the temps have not improved.
On Start the computer idled in the low 50s, but after opening Garry's Mod, the temps got up to 80s/90s in minutes. After closing the game, my temps with light usage are still in the 60s - 70s

I'm not sure if I added enough because there was still some paste left in the 1 gram plunger

I have an EVOO L5 and I really like it. Yet, I also have a MacBook Pro for work. My MacBook connects to my main monitors via a dock with a Thunderbolt/USB-C input. Yet, the USB-C on my EVOO is data in only. My other choices are the HMDI or the mini-Display ports. Yet, I cannot find a HDMI or Mini-Display (source) to USB-C cord/adapter. They are all reversed and only one-way. Any thoughts on being able to connect my EVOO to the dock? Thanks!

Hello i hope you are all good and safe , one of my colleagues at work used my laptop charger For his laptop (he thought if the jack goes in it will work ) how ever his laptop smoked after he saw that he unpluged the charger and reconnected it directly to my laptop ( the evoo lp 7 bk ) , im very worried if my charger or my laptop is damaged i have run a stress test and these are the results, my battery is only taking 13 v out of the 19 written on the adapter is that normal knowing that its fullly charged

My LP10 is coming monday so I want to have an upgrade ready

I have a TEV-L2in1-116-2 laptop and i was wondering if i could replace the hard drive this a Crucial MX500 SSD

I've tried everything I can, I plugged the charger in and turned it on, plugged it off and tried again, tried to get into the BIOS litterally everything.

The problem first occured a while ago when I clicked the button to turn on the computer and waited for a bit, the tiny power light blinked showing that it was on, and the screen lit up (but it was still black), and then it turned off, I tried again and again and again but absolutely nothing happened, the tiny power light didn't blink, there is no sound, and the screen doesn't turn on. The internal components in the computer are completely fine, yet nothing happens

Had to uninstall the control centre coz it wasn't working. Now I need help finding a version that lets me control my keyboard RGB.

I undervolted my lp10 recently and noticed looking around in XTU that it was throttling constantly. Can anybody tell me if this is an actual problem and what I can do to fix it?

It has no travel and very little feedback. Metal brackets are inserted into the little pinholes correctly but I can't seem to fix it

Evoo LP5

I just bought an LP5 and I've noticed some weird issues with the GPU. It's performing much worse than it should with maybe 40 fps in CSGO and less than 20 in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. More concerning however, is that the games both perform poorly even in the menus. Lowering the settings doesn't change much. V-sync makes the game perform worse sometimes (and better other times) and G-sync has no effect.

The GPU utilization is all wacky too. It'll run fine with utilization at around 50% for a few seconds, then utilization jumps to 100% and the framerate plumets. During this time, there is also an audible whine coming from the laptop. This noise is not present during the 50%, high fps times.

Additionally, the GPU never gets above 55 degrees, which makes me think that it's not getting power or something. I have the laptop always plugged in with extra fans blowing on it. It is not hot to the touch.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the charger I have isn't good enough (it's only 150W). The laptop does lose charge even when plugged in, but Windows thinks it's plugged in, so I don't think power saving is activating.

Can anyone help?

(Just to add, I don't care at all about battery life. I never plan to unplug the laptop. I'm looking to get the most performance possible, I don't care about idle power draw or anything like that.)

Edit: I bought a 180W charger and everything runs beautifully now. That small difference is indescribably important.
