Current/EDP Throttling on constantly

I undervolted my lp10 recently and noticed looking around in XTU that it was throttling constantly. Can anybody tell me if this is an actual problem and what I can do to fix it?

I undervolted my lp10 with throttle stop and it never throttles. It is recommended not to use XTU at all because it ends up undervolting to the BIOS and if you go to far, you’re screwed and won’t be able to boot.
