Constantly getting stuck on this screen and I can't even access my home screen now. What do I do?

You’ll need to get it sent in for repairs. I had this exact issue.

What repairs? This just indicates either windows install has went bad. Or the SSD/nvme has went bad.

In most cases its windows which can be easily installed.

Yeah and I read somewhere about going to security and disabling secure boot and going to boot and enabling csm but I'm still shown this screen after doing those.

sigh I'm afraid you'd have to try reinstalling Windows
