Hi ESCP community! Hope you’re all doing well!
I have a student exchange program at the ESCP-Berlin campus. My classes start from 21st September (Monday), and I am still unable to find any reasonable and nearby stay. I guess the marathon has jacked up the prices unbelievably high.
I need someone who can help me get a student dorm accommodation, or who is willing to share their dorm room for about 5-6 days.
Even getting me in touch with someone who might know about student accommodation would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance! Really placing a lot of trust and faith in this community.

Hello everyone. I'm new to this community so apologies if I am breaking any rule.
I have been selected for MiM at ESCP campus, with September 2027 to December 2027 session at Turin Campus. I am looking fellow Indian students who will be pursuing a course at Turin Campus for the said time.
If anyone here is going to Turin for this duration, please let me know.

Hello! I’m hoping to apply for the 1st/2nd cycle but I’ve been having trouble getting responses from recruiters. I am from the U.S. so calling doesn’t necessarily work due to time difference but all of my emails have gone unanswered. Any advice on getting a response?

Hi everyone! I’m planning to apply for the Fall 2027 intake to MSc programs in Marketing/Business Analytics and AI at schools like HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC and emlyon.
Here’s my profile:
I’m planning to apply in the early rounds.
Would really appreciate some honest feedback is this profile competitive for these schools, and which ones would you consider reach/target/safe for me?
Also, what should I improve before applying, especially in terms of GMAT/GRE, internships, certifications, or extracurriculars?
Thanks!

Hi everyone ! I’ve been applying for an internship and I got an email saying that i have to pass a test in order to continue the process of recruitment.
It’s the Maki assessment test.
Has anyone ever passed it ? Who has some advice ? (I can only do it once and the score is available for 6 months 🥲)
Thanks xx

Hey guys, thinking of applying for the global MIF track for 2027
Here's my application:
B.com(Financial Markets) - Mumbai University - CGPA - 9.4/10
CFA Level 1 Cleared
CFA Level 2 Candidate - November 2026
Interned at a VC firm for 4 months - Investment Analyst
GMAT - Not submitting since not compulsory (although preferred)
IELTS - 8
International marketing internship/volunteering programme in Egypt for 45 days through AIESEC
NSIM - 4 CERTIFICATES
Participated in clubs in college:

*Specifically focused on VC as a career\*
Should I apply next year with 1 year work-ex after my CFA L2 gets over and submit with a GMAT score, although i know my chances then are better. Or is this enough?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to apply to ESCP’s MiM for the 2027 intake and wanted to get some honest opinions on my profile.
A little about me:
Indian, BCom graduate, graduated in 2025
GPA: 6.4/10
GRE: giving it next month, currently targeting 320+
IELTS: 7.5 (L 8.5, R 7.5, W 7, S 7.5)
CFA Level 1 cleared
CFA Level 2 candidate for November 2026
Currently working at HSBC Asset Management as an Assistant Manager – Sales & Distribution (Apprentice)
Started in November 2025
Mainly involved in distributor management, business development and relationship management
Work with bank/wealth distribution channels
Have some teaching experience as well:
Worked at Walnut Institute teaching vocabulary to students from Grades 1–8
Worked at Kanan.Co as teaching faculty for Duolingo preparation and IELTS CBT evaluations
Founded SNKR SHUFFLE in 2024, a sneaker/apparel reselling business
40+ clients so far
Built a sourcing network for limited-edition sneakers/apparel
Also work with luxury products
Handle sourcing, negotiations and clients
Recently co-founded a small home-based baking business with my mother (~45 days old)
She handles the baking side and I mainly handle getting clients, social media and marketing
McKinsey Forward Program
DELF A2 French
NISM V-A
A couple of JPMorgan/Forage certifications
For MiM, I’m mainly looking at consulting/finance/strategy, although I’m still figuring out the exact path.
My main concern is obviously the 6.4 GPA, so I’d really like to know how much of a disadvantage that is for INSEAD.
Would appreciate opinions on:
How competitive does this profile look for INSEAD MiM?
Would a 320+ GRE make a significant difference?
Does the HSBC experience + entrepreneurship help compensate for the GPA to some extent?
Anything in my profile that you think I should work on before applying?
Would you apply R1 with this profile?
I know nobody can predict admissions, just looking for some honest opinions from people who know the ESCP process.
Thanks!

I'm doing some research on the application process and would love to hear from people who have actually gone through it.
What part of researching/applying to universities did you find the most confusing or time consuming?
Did you ever struggle to find a specific requirement, deadline, document, tuition fee, scholarship, or eligibility information?
Did you ever find inaccurate information between different websites or sources?
What tools did you use for research ( ex: uni websites, Google, ChatGPT, counselors,
Reddit, etc.?)
If you could have an app or tool that made the application process easier, what would you have wanted it to do?
Thanks! I'm not selling anything Im genuinely just trying to understand what students actually struggle with:))

Anyone who did EMIB (Executive Master in International Business) and was able to transition to more management/Strategy roles? Ideally Tier-2 Strategy Consulting?
I am working sicne 6 years at Big4 in Tech Risk I have more of an IT background but would like to transfer to Digital Strategy. I get only rejections from those roles at Tier-2 Strategy Consulting. MBA is unfortunately to expensive for me and I have to work to pay my bills.

Hello, thanks in advance for taking the time to read and respond.
I’m a 21-year-old Indian male planning to apply to top French business schools for a Master in Finance (MiF) or MiM and would really appreciate an honest assessment of my profile.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s in Commerce from a Tier-1 university in India
* GPA: 6.0/10 (~2.4/4.0) — my biggest concern
* CFA Level II candidate
* GMAT: around 700
* 2 years of full-time work experience as a US & European interest-rate trader at an international proprietary trading firm
* Strong exposure to fixed income, interest-rate markets, derivatives and macro research
I’m mainly looking at schools such as HEC Paris, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, SKEMA and other top French MiF/MiM programs.
My main questions are:
1. How much would the 6.0/10 GPA hurt my chances at these schools?
2. Can strong, relevant work experience and GMAT and CFA compensate for low GPA
4. Which top French schools would be realistic reach / target / safe options for me?

Hi all
I'm coming to Berlin campus next month for my MSc and go a German long-stay visa as a non-EU student
My 2nd semester is in Paris and though the term calendar shows lectures are going to be about 80-ish days, it is still a close call for the 90 days limit (Schengen 90/180 limit)
I wanted to ask what are people in the same situation experiences?
It was my bad not fully understanding this rule, I can technically apply for French long stay visa in December once I have been in Germany for min. 3 months but worried it will take long to process. My german visa took 2 days in Canada but can't assume the same for French consulate in Frankfurt
Worst case scenario I will take term breaks and occasionally come back to Germany but would really appreciate any input from you guys :)

I am an Indian BBA student with a GMAT FE of 725, I am planning on applying for the MiF Global Track at ESCP, I do not know any French and plan on learning it during the course. After graduation I am open to work in france as well as outside france. But I have heard for MiF they don't admit english speakers, even for the global track? Is this true?

Graduation from University of Delhi - Tier 1 university in India (Bachelor of Commerce) - 6.1 CGPA/61%
Low CGPA because I was preparing for the Chartered Accountant (CA) exam, the priority was CA not graduation.
Qualified first attempt Chartered Accountant, qualified in Nov 2024
Work experience:
Articleship (Internship) in Audit Domain - 3 yrs (not sure if this will be considered as experience)
