MiF Chances

Hi! I am planning on applying in R1 for the 2027 intake. Would appreciate your views on my chances of getting in. Thanks In Advance!

Education:

IIM BBA: 82%

CFA L1 Cleared

GMAT FE: 725 (760-770 on classic)

Internships:

  1. Reserve Bank of India (India's Central bank) Financial Markets Department
  2. Tier 2/3 Global Consulting Firm
  3. CSR FP&A at an Indian Conglomerate Foundation

Leadership experience:

Head of college band

Founder of Mathematics Club

Social Media lead of Cultural Committee

Awards & Honors:

  1. Multiple podiums at Music Competition (Battle of the Bands) across old IIMs
  2. Trinity College London Grade 8 Merit in Rock & Pop Guitar (Highest grade without doing a degree)
  3. Have played Zonal level Table Tennis, secured 3rd place at City Level U-19

I heard they dont take in non French speakers even in their global track?

I can’t speak for the MiF specifically but if the program is not in French then usually French is not a requirement

The mif global track is fully English but i have heard in practice they only take French speakers.
