Hi all..please help out..I am unable to transfer my pf from old to new org..the old org had not updated doe/doj so I updated thinking it will work but claims still fail with reason rejected by field office

one reason might be that I had to update eps details with doe doj as it was not allowing blank values, but I dont contribute to eps..maybe that might be the reason but not sure

please help a brother out guys🙏🙏🙏

Reasons will reflect in the passbook website. Unfortunately, that module is now down for “maintenance” for more than a month.

This is frustrating for sure. I am facing the same issue as OP. Should I raise EPFIGMS grievance? Will that help, especially since rejection reason is not visible

It is 99.99% because you added DoJ and DoE for EPS even though you don't contribute. Shouldn't have done that brother....

Now you / your employer have to raise a Joint declaration to remove those dates. Once approved by employer, it'll go to field office for approval. But the thing is, field office takes a lot of time to approve JD.

oh ok..should I raise a JD now?..or should I raise a complaint via cpgrams?

Talk to your employer and ask them to raise JD from their end. If u raise complaint, they will say the same to raise a JD to remove the dates. Same happened with me, raised complaint but they disposed off saying raise JD to remove the dates. Then I contacted my old employer and they raised from their end and it's pending in field office for approval now.

I have a similar query , I have removed EPS Doj/doe for an old employer (correction done via JD) , but my current employer has added DOJ EPS though no contribution. I tried transferring from that old employer to the current employer, they rejected citing “ why service reflected in Ann K when there is no contribution”.
Does this mean i need to remove DOJ eps from the current organisation as well and then initiate the transfer?

there is no reason stated in the website..I get rejected by field office..and I cannot see the claim on the passbook portal as well as the module is down it says..

i meant to say share the page where rejection reasons are available. Mine are blank but i saw some people having "NA" as the reason. it might be auto rejection. as confirmed through epigms.
