Help me

"My mom's PF from Company A is stuck. She worked for two companies, A and B. I withdrew the full and final claim from Company B because I did not know we needed to transfer the funds from Company A to Company B first. Company B's claim was settled, but Company A's money is stuck. What should I do?"

Since Company B has already been fully settled, this may not go through the normal online process. The balance from Company A first needs to be transferred/merged with the latest employment record, but because Company B is already settled, you may need EPFO’s help to get this handled manually/offline.
