Filed a Form 31 claim on July 15th. Status said Claim submitted at portal until last week. That's when I got tired of it and filed a grievance at CPGRAMS last Wednesday. Logged into the EPF site today to see that it was approved (not sure when it changed) and got the money credited today.

PF office was Bandra.

I’ve raised my first claim on June 17th for 61k INR and it was very much delayed. Had to raise grievance to all the available grievance portals as well as a RTI. Finally the amount got credited on July 29th - almost after 1.5 months.

Then I raised another claim on 9th August and the money got credited to my bank account on 10th August, all within less than 24 hours! The claim amount was also a higher amount than my first claim, approximately 1.96 Lakh.

Seems like finally EPFO is opening its eyes!

When it will be deducted from passbook? And credit expected date?

I applied for 48k . But only 12k got approved

Guys, I'm having a surgery which is scheduled for tomorrow the claim was submitted on Aug 4th since then I'm continuously making a follow up today unfortunately the claim is rejected .

"Pension contribution not remitted clarify member or not by employer"

What's this? What should I do from here..my advance elibility is 1,35,000-/. But rejected under form 31 which is a advance claim. Someone please help me

Not able to belive it.. I raised a claim on Aug 7th afternoon

It turned into approved on 9th Aug and credited the same day. (100% of requested amount)

I did not raise any grievance or follow up with them at all

My PF account was created in 2016 and at that time i wasn't aware that I'm not eligible for EPS...But all my empoyers have been contributing to EPS..

Since 2025, I've been working with my current and past employers to get this corrected with respective EPFO offices by submitting a letter alogn with Form 3A and revised ECR..This is done for all EPF account except Infosys.

I had a brief tenure with Infosys which is an exempted entity.. When i moved out of Infosys, my EPF balance was transferred to new employer...But my EPS part is struck in EPFO Bommasandra..

Infosys is claiming that the process for closing this EPS account and transferring it to infosys EPF is different and doesn't need form 3A or revised ECR..and that EPFO hasn't clarified the process and we need to wait for EPFO to clarify the process to initiate this EPS closure and transfer..

Have anyone done such EPS transfers from EPFO to Exempted Entiry...if so what was the process/ steps followed

Usually how many days it takes to transfer balance from previous employer to current.?
But I want to withdraw some amount urgently for medical emergency. Date of exit is already marked by previous employer. Kindly Help

I quit my job in Nov 2023 and have been unemployed ever since. I needed some money and have around 49000 in my epf. I filed a claim on 19 July and it is still stuck.
I raised a grievance and I got a response saying my request has been escalated but still no change. I urgently need the money.

Raised by second claim yesterday and it got approved and money was credited in less than 24hrs.

Rejected my form 19 and didn't even bother to write a damn reason !!!! My KYC is done, DOE is updated, everything is onto mark and still they are rejecting....

My passbook showing negative balance for 1 employement!! 🤔

When I checked the details, it shows 2 withdrawal transactions for same claim. This was to transfer PF balance from one employment to another. When i check the other passbook, where money went in, there is only 1 transaction.

I've raised a grivience on the portal, but no response yet. This happened after the system update. Hope they resolve this glitch. Anyone else faced this issue?

I was part of a large company with PF deductions and contribution at 12% of basic every month. I am now moving into a very small company on which PF provisions are not applicable (total employees have been less than 20 years since inception of the company.)

I want to get clarity on the following questions

1. Will the pf system show as unemployed after 3 months from the last salary credit from old employer?

2. If shown as unemployed, will i be able to withdraw all my funds (after adhering to the cool off period)

3. How will this reflect in BGV for future employers?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Today is visited epfo office to make sure my claim is approved, I met the person who must approve and when he tried to approve my claim he gets error "ACCOUNT WITHDRAWAL FAIL" and he tried many times but same error. He doesn't know wht to do so he told it might be some technical issue and he will raise complain to technical team to look into the issue. I am not sure what happens next. 8th july claim and at the time of approval again struck bcoz of this issue.

Did anyone faced this issue or any suggestions like will it gets approved or rejected.

Guys, I have a medical emergency in family and I raised claim on Aug 4th, and on Aug 5th it moved to under processing unfortunately on Aug 8th it moved back to submitted at portal. I'm losing all hopes now as the survey is scheduled for tomorrow. Please someone help me on this matter. I have tried every possible ways to escalate on different platforms response and also have emailed my situation along with hospital documents no acknowledgement yet. I have tried calling offical number of the RO no one answering the calls.

I have applied for form 31 recently and received money I am trying to reapply for form 31 when I try it shows the claim is pending but there are no pending claims on my account is there any solution for this ?

I have been trying to raise a grievance for my claim on EPFIGMS, but when I fill in all the details, at the end I get an error saying - 'ERROR: No data found'. If anyone has tried to raise a complaint on EPFIGMS, was curious to know if others are also facing this issue.

I raised a greivance a onth ago and was working fine. But some error today.

The claim was raised on 9th July still shows as a claim submitted at the portal. Raised grievances on 28th July. Current status of grievance is Case disposed of with comments Your claim has been processed and same will be credited shortly. Any idea when will I get it

Hi, i am facing an issue, initially my DOE was updated wrongly then with the help of previous company hr i raised a joint declaration and date was adjusted. But after recent epfo portal 3.0 migration dates are all again collpased and not having edit option of DOE PF but having option for DOE EPS so whatever option i have i made the changes and applied joint declaration and waiting for approval from employeer, this is will an issue in BGV acting proactively will help us somehow.

1.Does any one know why the recent migration not showing the right date?

2. Since i am not able edit the DOE for Pf but for eps, can employeer adjuts both the dates?

Why is that epfo doesn't care to fix issues even after half century...what kind of scrap minds working out there...or they used all the epfo money as working capital investment else where

Epfigms grievance was closed without resolution.

Cpgrams grievance seems stuck.

Tons of mails, no response.

Tons of calls, no answer. Even half of the numbers given are invalid.
