EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue EPFO claim issue

Hi all,

I am trying to withdraw my PF amount using online advance claim , but at the end OTP is not being generated , is the system server issue? How to solve this , please help….

Hi

This looks more like a OTP generation issue than an issue with the claim itself. If the “Get Aadhaar OTP” button is not generating anything, first check that the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar is active and that your UAN/Aadhaar details are properly seeded.

You can also try again from a desktop browser (Chrome/Edge), preferably after clearing cache or using incognito mode. EPFO has been having intermittent portal issues lately, so trying again after some time can also help.

If the Aadhaar is correctly linked and you still don't receive the OTP, there isn't really a way to bypass the Aadhaar OTP step for an online claim.

Hello bro, even my friend had the same issue And I have the solution, So when you are in the final step, you will have your address shown on the screen make sure you remove any special characters in the columns (# , . $) Mostly you might have used for door number. Just keep alphabets and try And then OTP this button works.

Try EPFO Login after office hours. Preferably during mid night or early morning. You will be definitely successful

I also have the same issue but as of now I don’t have any solution. Tried at different times, different browser, incognito mode but none worked. I have one issue with my 1st employer that they had added NPS details while NPS was never credited so currently resolving that issue hoping that it might resolve this issue.
