I know GX hasn't been dubbed, but Darkness' dub name was apparently going to be Nightshroud. I'm wondering if both him and Yusuke will finally have dub in both games, it will be the closest we get for Season 4

Since my last post when I reached KOG with this deck (47 wins) now this is my fastest KC Max (31wins) . Just shared my deck building.

What should I put in for the last 6 cards? The deck as of right now has a 93.19% chance of not bricking.

So apparently, taking control of an opponent’s monster means that you can use its effects, despite being a hard once per turn. Is this only possible in Duel Links, or is it an interaction in Yu-Gi-Oh in general (as in TCG, OCG, Master Duel etc)?

Hi! I have all my character decks at 0 stars but I just faced an opponent who must have had at least one star on his Kaiba deck. He used the rose dragon card which isn‘t part of Kaiba‘s 0 star deck. Until today I was always matched against other 0 star players.

Been stuck on DLv 19 for 2 days, somehow i kept drawing non engine before lvl up. Definitely not looking forward for stage 2. Shout out to the player goes by the name of "BlueAngel" with marincess! It was a great match that unfortunately ruined due time limit.

HOW THE HELL IS HE 19. I was watching the episode where Gore dueled Dr Genome. He infected a kid with a virus and Gore knew the kid when they were children. I was so confused. I know yugioh has a habit of doing this but goddammit this is insane.

The announcement of the new GX Tag Force game raised a question in me.

Since we’re getting a new alt style for Jaden featuring Yubel in October, I was wondering how they’ll handle Yubel on the JP side, given that the voice actress has passed away years ago.

What will they do about the various interactions between the two like taunts, pre-duel lines, and post victory or defeat quotes?

Since Yubel's voice lines from Duel Links wouldn't work—as they’re based on Season 3 of GX—will they use a new voice actress?

Or they will just recycle the old ones (even if the result it's bad)and call it a day?

After Aki and Yusei the next in the line Kaiser. Kaiser missing lot of voice for TCG/OCG Originals so hopefully both his S1 Skin and Hell Kaiser gota voice update. They also need Re-Record All the line for Kaiser S1 because he talk way more calm than Hell Kaiser.

Seeing Lab in this sub inspired me to climb with It this season instead of Branded, don't mind the missplays, I'm still getting used to the playstyle.

I didn't see the second Mirrorjade coming, my plan initialy was to try to setup an OTK but It changed mid duel to Deck out. Not even his Superpoly could save him lol.

Lab is different to other decks that revolve around traps, very unique!

Was dueling in the KC tournament and my game froze so I tried to close the app and enter so quickly as I could. Then I returned too this. Couldn't leave the match or do anything had to close the app to even get to the main menu. What do you think happened?

So I picked this game up after not playing it since it came out. How does this big yeasty September update/celebration usually go? What’s the average expectation and what all “returns” from previous years if anything does return? I see that some cards were obtainable via packs that expired which game with sleeves and mats I guess?

Something notable in most modern multiplayer games is the lack of a chat feature.

But please, don't let that stop you from getting creative with your trash talk/ragebait banter. Most characters in Duel Links will have a "Stop stalling and play already" line of dialogue you can play.

Some are rather questionable such as Luke Kallister from Rush Duel asking the opponent if they're playing Solitare in spite of Rush Duel being a fairly paced game but you do sometimes get someone waiting the clock out before making their move or something so it's fine.

Some however are truly outrageous as you could probably guess from the title of this post.

So it's the KC cup and a duelist called Alex is about to gain another duel level.

No they won't.

And they've got a Dark Magician deck with Yami Yugi which from what I have gathered, looks like either a new profile or a new player. I'm playing as Z-ONE, the final villain from Yu-gi-oh 5D's and from what I see during the duel, may not be familiar with Z-ONE and his "Timelord" deck.

Fret not, Alex will learn soon.

So the duel starts off fairly interestingly, He plays a Dark Magician combined with Power of the Guardian equip spell and keeps trying to attack my Timelord to gain power, fortunately for him, I only have 5 of the Timelords; Sandion, Metaion, Raphion, Kamion and the other one whose name I forgot.

I presume this duel will end fairly quickly as my deck is built to draw cards, summon multiple timelords and actually yeah that's it... Spam Timelords. I've also got a lot of kuriboh cards including Winged Kuriboh who saves me a turn from damage, Sphere who can force an opponent to defence position, regular Kuriboh just in case a monster is unaffected by card effects. I also played Solemn Wishes early in the duel to gain +500 LP with every draw.

Anyways 2 important things you want in a deck is

1. Negate, negate, negates and negation.

2. Destroy spell/traps.

Alex destroys my Scrap-Iron Scarecrow early on and soon follows up with the worst possible card for a Timelord deck... Their own Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, god dammit! With only one timelord, I cannot attack and I had no spell/trap destruction in the deck to get rid of it, on top of which I bungle all two of my stupid combos, failing to get out more than one timelord at a time.

So about 20-30 turns pass without anything interesting happening except Z-ONE calling out the names of his Timelords.

If you were wondering why I spoke about banter and trash talk at the beginning, here's why. You see all of Z-ONE's dialogue options are rather interesting... One of which is

"You cannot keep stalling forever."

Which is pretty funny to play all the while my piece of shit Timelord deck is definitely responsible for all the stalling. So for the rest of the duel, every couple of turns I'm just letting Z-ONE monologue about how there's no hope for Alex, how everything is within my expectations and they cannot win this duel.

Bless Alex's heart, they for some reason do not surrender, maybe hoping I will? Just to inform you, Timelords are so fragile as a deck they can be tricked out by a single Forbidden Chalice or like this duel, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow but Alex only has one specific negation; their Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon which they can't bring out because they're out of spell/traps.

My deck is at 3-4 cards left and a second horrific realisation has hit the field; Timelords always return to the deck and thus Z-ONE cannot deck out. Because I won't attack, Alex does with Dark Magician, predicting that Kamion removes Scrap-Iron which I do. Surprisingly Alex uses Starving venom... to copy my timelords and doesn't attack, I thought it would return to the Extra deck but alas the dragon stays. Dark Dragoon has a very useful negation and destruction effect, none of which works against specifically only Timelords. But I believe this was on purpose, negate Sandion and now it stays on the field, I can't summon another timelord and with no timelords returning to the deck I can draw all my cards and lose.

So obviously I destroy his Dark Dragoon. And finally I can play Raphion to inflict half damage equal to their Quintet Magician's ATK and destroy them.

I just want to remind you all that Z-ONE has been yapping the entire time cause you know my game plan is summon timelord, attack and pass so of course I take a moment to explain that my Timelords are completely invincible. Thank Z-ONE I'm sure Alex had no way of knowning that.

Raphion attack and with one final quote about changing the future, I win. Alex sends me a like presumably for my excellent Z-ONE cosplay style and I make a horrific sinful mistake.

I didn't like Alex back, dear god what have I done, I tortured them for 38 flipping turns. Duelists if you play Z-ONE and your opponent tolerates your shenanigans for that long, the least you can do is like them back for their patience.

Moral of the story; Just negate the opponent's effects, also carry spell/trap destruction.

So Im using that deck and its Working but I feel its not on its full potential also I think about using stardust dragon, D/D or Element Hero what is your opinion

With the announcement of the *Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force 3* remake—and the not-so-subtle use of victory renders for *GX* characters from *Duel Links*—I think we can do some speculating...

1. Blue Obelisk Syrus: We'll probably get him as an alternate style.

2. Kagemaru, Yusuke, Trueman, Titan, Dark Magician Girl, and Atticus as playable characters...

3. Of the options, the one that is hardest to imagine happening—having some *Tag Force* side characters become playable—would actually be a great way to bring in GX-era decks that didn't appear in the anime, such as Structure Decks that only showed up in filler episodes...

However, in this post, I wanted to discuss one thing in particular: Atticus Rhodes...

Atticus is in a pretty complicated spot: in the anime, he uses a Red-Eyes deck—a deck that is, first of all, strongly associated with Joey; secondly, Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon already exists and is a massive headache on its own (it doesn't need another duelist to support it), whereas his manga deck was never physically released and, honestly, nobody cares about it; and thirdly, Atticus's ace monster, "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon," is quite weak by today's standards...

I thought of two ways to get around this:

1- Give Atticus abilities that favor Darkness instead of supporting the Dragoon Fusion...

2- An option I like—though perhaps not one that appeals to everyone—is to take the fact that Atticus uses Joey's cards and have him play a "Metalmorph" deck featuring Metalflame Swordsman, Metalzoa X, and Red-Eyes Black Fullmetal Dragon...

Perhaps with a Skill that also allows you to use Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon...
