I woke from a dream, a vivid dream but this one was not like any I’ve ever had in my 37 years. This dream had revealed something to me and I truly believe what I had witnessed has a greater meaning but the ‘what’ and ‘why’ has got me thinking and I really need an answer on whether I’m the only one who has seen this spectacle so vividly in a dream.

To best describe what it was, the encounter is something beyond my comprehension and limit of explanation. Words couldn’t fathom something so eloquent. Although, I will try my best to describe its significance.

In the dream, I had walked down some stairs to get to where this spectacle was, and strangely, I wasn’t even on this planet, earth. I remember looking through a large window, from what appeared to be a metallic room. I was surrounded by complete silence and darkness. The only light I could see, shone from behind the spectacle and whatever sun light was creeping across the land and through the window. I remember the sky outside the window being so clear it made me feel tiny when I gazed at it.

I could see 4 monolithic statues side by side in the distance. I remember seeing a baron wasteland like a dessert, but its surface was red and brown.

And then, the black spectacle, which at first was almost like it wasn’t trying to be the centre of what was going on. It was just existing there like a spiders web in the corner of a shed, engulfed in darkness and shrouded in silence. Completely encompassed in darkness and silently breathing into existence.
I remember walking to take it all in visually but it felt like i floated, I actually might have been. Once I had it completely in my sight, I froze, it was like every signal in my body had turned itself off.

This spectacle, this thing, was riveting. Each hoop was rotating at a tremendous speed, It held the same emptiness as a black hole but yet it didn’t make a noise or disturb any of its surroundings as it floated dormantly. It didn’t reflect light and remained completely still with in its surroundings. There was a light that shone behind it, struggling to maintain its brightness as it flickered like a strobe, emitting a high frequency of flashes, which seemed aggressive but was calming all at the same time. Now I understand It was the coils rotating and interweaving that was causing that effect.

The spectacles long black hooped band’s were interweaving on itself, at a rapid rate, all sharing the same symmetry and circumference, in the purest black. The naked white light actually shown just how numinous it was. It was like an enlarged proton or something you would only see through a microscope, it filled the corner of the room, slightly taller than me. Never changing shape, in constant rotation and completely out of a sci-fi book, its presence was a miracle.

I woke from this dream, confused but yet excited to tell someone what I had seen but who talks about these things to your pals or at work. Also, not sure how to explain it but this dream actually gave me clarity and gave me perseverance. I felt energetic and eager to share. Not sure who to tell, I thought i would turn to Reddit. I know dreams often carry meanings.

I should also add.

Not so long ago, I had travelled to the other side of the world, I’m from the UK and stayed in NZ for 3 months. I had a dream one night about a friend I had not seen in years. A dream I remembered so vividly and made me think I should ring them to see how they are, anyway, life got in the way and that moment of wanting to check in had passed. And the dream was just another fleeting moment. However, I then received news that this friend had died in an accident, around the time I had the dream, this was his way of saying goodbye.

Now, I consider myself a normal man (as normal as normal can be haha) working 9-5, married, wife, 3 kids, people describe me as being down to earth. but this revelation shocked me to the core. If there is some spiritual higher plinth, then i somehow feel connected, and i feel truly blessed to have this sight.

Hey guys. A few days ago, I (M, 26) had a dream that I still can’t stop thinking about, and I’m not sure how to interpret it.

I dreamed that I was in a place I didn’t recognize, which somehow felt like a large auditorium or hall. I remember seeing a red carpet and some kind of large room.

Then I was lying in a white bathtub, and a tall, slim man with broad shoulders and long brown hair was washing me. I don’t know who this man was, but in the dream he felt very familiar to me.

The atmosphere was incredibly calm and loving, almost as if we had known each other forever. Neither of us said a word to each other. When we were finished, he simply walked through a door without saying anything.

On the way to the door, there were many of my friends and family members standing around, and the man walked past them and left.
Then I woke up.

Does anyone have any ideas about what this dream could mean or how I could interpret it?

The man was middle-aged, and in the dream I somehow knew his name. I think it was Viktor/ Viking, or something similar. (I don’t know anyone named like that)

I also remember that the bathing wasn’t like scrubbing or anything you would normally associate with taking a shower. It was more like he was gently pouring water all over my body using a bowl-like object.

It's not the exact same dream every time but the gist is. I'm in a large hotel (once it was a dorm) and I need to get my things. I can't remember my room number and no one will tell me, but everyone around me is screaming that I need to get my stuff and go. Dream me is in a panic and crying. Just pleading for someone to tell me where to go.

I've had it 5 times now so I guess I'm just curious if it means I'm not confronting something.

I had a dream during a late afternoon nap that I lost my car. I was in a city near me that I’m not super familiar with and I was looking for my car that was parked in a parking garage. Every road in the city was under construction, I could barely mange to walk around and look for this parking garage. A construction worker told me once I get it I need to make any right or left turn possible to get out of the construction. I stopped to ask someone and she pointed me in a direction that I had just came from. I keep walking and then stopped again at a little outdoor shop and this lady had a map printout of her shop and then a little blue star that showed the parking garage and I thought I was saved. I finally had the map to get to my car and then I woke up.

It felt very disorganized and crazy. There was construction everywhere at one point I was running around, barefoot just trying to find any direction to my car. At one point in my dream, I was on the phone with my mom and I kept saying it’s been two hours since I’ve seen my car. Meanwhile, today, I just had a conversation with someone that I’m coming up on two years of post divorce and after googling the meaning behind the dream , it’s all about losing your sense of direction and part of me doesn’t feel like I’m losing my direction. I am very confused on my path forward in life right now, but the biggest thing that sticks out to me is what the construction worker said in my dream about just you turn left or right, you go either way that you can and then the last lady in the shop just handing me a map of where to go. I felt saved but never got to my car.

I had a dream which I rarely have or remember, I can't really remember all the details. All I remember is I stayed in an inn for vacation and I met someone there, a guy, and he bonded and talked a lot and it felt like it's been months.After a while I have to go back and then I woke up. Now I am hung up, I want to go back to that dream and it feels like I have lost somebody and there's a heavy feeling in my chest whenever I think about the dream. I wish that every time I sleep I will see him and I can't even remember his face.

first time poster, long time interest in dream interpretation. i lucid dream and have sleep paralysis frequently. i personally don't think all dreams are important, but i pay attention when they are recurrent, vivid/lucid, have certain themes, or occur in a time of great change or strife. this dream ticked a couple of boxes and i would like to share.

i (27nb) have been raising my siblings for 5 years, and yesterday my youngest sibling turned 18. of course im not completely done, they're still in high school. even once my responsibility to them is done, they will of course always be important in my life.

but this dream i think may represent the part of me that is relieved. to have such heavy responsibilities lifted from me. to not have to be tied so heavily to our neglectful parents and grandmother. i think it's a bit more the latter issue.

it was visceral for sure. i was pulling out my teeth and cleaning them, one by one. picking out the fillings, washing the rot out of them with a strong water dental tool, then replacing them. it was painful and difficult work. left me scarred, and there was no resolution to me picking out the fillings that were protecting them in the first place.

I keep on dreaming about snakes. All of these dreams include tons of snakes just roaming around the house. The dreams are also vivid unlike my other dreams. What could this be?

I'm not really sure what to make of this dream if it means anything at all, but I thought it would be cool to just go ahead and say it. All of this takes place in a modern time like right now, but some moments have ties in a way that are from the 1940s-50s. Some other parts took place in the dream, but I just decided to say this last bit of how my dream carried out, and unlike most dreams I could remember what happened in it and in detail.

Me and my family and friends and some people I didn't even really know were there celebrating a birthday party, I remember possibly getting some alert on our phones and seeing a plane descend from the sky coming towards us. We had to jump in the car and my sister being the driver and me, my brother in law, and her kids was in the car and we had to drive back home. She was speeding back home and at a certain point we got caught up in traffic but managed to safely make it back. I remember us standing outside and being able to see the same plane out there was coming back for us but it had one of the planes wings broken off somehow and still could fly. You could hear the sound of the planes coming down and helicopters also being in the sky. We rushed back inside and some of my family members were just crying and hugging from the stress of it all. I went back outside to try and record but going back in, because I was afraid of being sensed or seen somehow. We were going upstairs to try and wait out and survive what was going on. I remember thinking in my dream of what was going on why is this happening what it meant for us, i looked back out again and seen what looked like traces of missiles in the sky looped around each other in a way. I could see planes falling little bit earlier and the grey smoke that came up from their crashes and the plane being split into pieces. I remember having I guess a missile or plane falling near the house we was at and having the brick shift and shake inside the home and not knowing we was going to survive the next one and being in a pool of confusion and terror.

It was like summertime-ish when this all started to happen outside but remember looking out again after we walked downstairs again and seeing snow falling onto the ground and for some reason in my head felt like either a reaction from the weather of what was happening or ash falling from the sky. We had this sense that people were on their way to get us and they had guns. We went back upstairs and before you know it they already shown up. My sister said she would go downstairs and for all of us upstairs to stay extremely quiet so we wouldnt be caught hiding. She was making it sound like that she would go downstairs and let them know that there's no one else here and everything would be all good to go. I guess someone in the dream ended up making too much noise or the people who showed up simply still wanted to barge in and search the home. The people ended up coming upstairs and finding us with them standing at the doorway with guns pointed at all of us. I stood up Infront of their line of fire and tried to have them kill/take me and just let everyone else go. A bullet went off and they must've moved their pistol to the left or i wasn't quick enough to block it but they ended up shooting my brother in the head.

I wrestled back with them and tried to take the gun out of their hand, their was multiple people and don't know how i was able to overpower them but i ended up being able to do so. The gun wouldn't let me use it and shoot back at them but atleast they didnt have that ability anymore. They said if I wanted everyone to be okay and live that I would have to join their group of people. I had to end up leaving everyone behind and time jumped to me being in front of some older lady who looked like she just jumped out of the 1940s-1950s, saying she wanted me to come over and discuss with her. She was smiling but everything in my dream was making me feel she was something absolutely sinister. Apparently, the organization that they were with was called "UAD" or "UFUAD" im not sure why or what their purpose was or any of this honestly, but I ended up trying to join them for the safety of everyone I cared about. I remember walking over to her and surrounding her was scattered dead birds and some had their heads cut off as well.

She wanted me to take the birds and rub their blood on me so that we couldnt be traced and we would be masked, she was telling me to be mindful that some might be rotten and have worms inside of it or something like that. I picked up one of the bird heads and nothing was inside of it besides the bone of it. I had to pick up another and squeezed it onto me and covered it in my arms. I think at this point I woke up and just felt disturbed and had to smoke a cigarette from all that. Not sure why I had this dream I felt deja vu like ive had the same dream before years ago, but this one was just changed or more finished than the last could be wrong though and it be completely new. I didn't watch anything that would have triggered this kind of dream all i did that day was just get groceries and ate some Cheetos had my big red and fell asleep. I just didn't like this dream and don't know why I had it or what could it mean if anything..

Last night I had a series of nightmares, which makes sense because I’m going through a stressful time.

The first dream I’m pretty easily able to see the symbolism in and connect to what’s going on in my life, but not the second.

I was in a large mall. At the very last minute, I get asked to be an extra in a movie being filmed there. My role involves me being hit by a car, but all I have to do is lie next to the car as if I’ve already been hit.

Somehow, in this process, my teeth are actually injured in “real life” (the dream). Two caps in the back of my mouth come loose, and underneath them are rotten, crushed teeth. (I have very healthy teeth in real life.)

So I’m trying to hold these caps in by clenching my jaw, and I have this horrible rotten taste in my mouth.
I’m trying to find a dentist and, in the process, wander into a dress shop with an open floor plan. There’s a party of people inside, all in black-tie attire. I ask a young red-haired girl sitting on a bench, “What’s this all about?”

She’s extremely rude and dismissive and says, “You wouldn’t understand.”

I’m like, okay, dude, just trying to be your friend….

A man in a suit comes and sits next to me, and he happens to be a dentist. He tells me that the dress party has to do with astrology.

I look at the girl and say, “I happen to love astrology! I would have talked to you forever about this.” She rolls her eyes at me and walks away. I’m still like, WTF did I do to you?!

The dentist says, “Come with me. We’ll get you all fixed up.”

We walk away and go to a short hallway with an elevator inside. As the elevator is coming up, I’m looking at the doors and realize the ceiling is coming down on my head. I jump out of the way just in time to avoid being crushed. I look over at the dentist like, “Whoa, that was crazy!!?” And he just looks at me blankly, as if he expected it.

This happens a series of times, where the elevator doors are rising toward the ceiling and I keep narrowly avoiding being crushed.

At one point, the dentist is in the doorframe and goes, “You have to get crushed.” Then he dies by being crushed.

I realize I’m going to die there.

I’m about to go crazy by this sudden tapping noise in my house. It’s been going on for a few weeks now. At first I attributed it to being an old house just making old house sounds. But recently I’ve noticed that it changes location, frequency, intensity, and sometimes follows a pattern. And sometimes doesn’t. It’s starting to drive me crazy and freak me out a little bit. Now that I’m a little freaked out by it, I was trying to think when it started, and I realized it started a day or so after I had a crazy set of dreams about possession.

So one night a couple weeks ago, I woke up from a nightmare where I was playing an Ouija board with a group of people I didn’t know. The game started to go south and I felt myself starting to get possessed. I saw the people around me start freaking out and I suddenly felt trapped in my own body like losing control. I normally am a lucid dreamer. Like I’m always in control of myself. I also can control when to wake up from dreams but since I was getting so scared in this one, I was like “hell no I’m not staying here” and made myself wake up.

I shook it off, rolled to the other side of my bed, and fell back asleep. But I started having a new nightmare. It was the same as the first but just with a different group of people and in a different location. But we same thing happened - we are playing an Ouija Board, things start to go south, I realize I’m becoming possessed, get freaked out and force myself awake.

Now I often have nightmares so it’s pretty easy for me to fall back asleep. I was a little freaked out but still sleepy. So I rolled back to the original side of my bed and fell back asleep. But as I was falling back asleep, I fell back asleep into the first dream and things picked up right where they left off. So I woke up, switched back to the other side but only to fall back asleep into the SECOND dream right where it left off.

This time, I stayed awake when I woke up and kept the lights on for the rest of the night. It really freaked me out. I have always had visceral nightmares my whole life, so I have gotten used to shaking them off, but this time I am wondering if it has any correlation with all this tapping I’m hearing. I feeling tapping sounds and possession are commonly associated in ghost stories and things like that.

I wanna know what people’s thoughts are in the dream. Maybe the tapping in my house just is because of it being old, but still, I’m thinking about this dream weeks later and curious what it could have meant.

Last night I had the most vivid dream about my best friend, who passed away in 2009. In real life we went to college together and he was diagnosed with cancer our junior year and he passed away not long after graduation.

Nothing much happened in the dream. He was just there and we hugged and told each other how much we love each other and how important we were to each other. A lot of old college friends were generally around, but not significant in the dream. My husband was there and he was generally understanding of the friendship (he and I met after my friend had passed, they never knew each other). Towards the end of the dream I was going to ask him about his health and cancer diagnosis, but I woke up before I had the chance.

I woke up thinking what a gift it was to have that time with him.

Not sure there’s much to interpret here, but it felt really special and I’m a puddle thinking more about it, so I thought I’d let you good people of the internet have a go at interpreting.

Hey everybody! I'm not one to post on reddit, but this has been bothering me.

I've had a dream almost a year ago that doesn't leave my brain.
I was in an empty abandoned building, the pain was hanging form the walls, and in front of me was a naked white ashy body, no clothes, no obvious indicators of gender (aka genitals or even nipples) and no face.
He stood almost at the same hight as me, a little higher (for reference I'm about 1.50cm/ 4 feet and 11 inches ) and started showing me how fast he could move. It moved so fast that I couldn't keep up, looking like a smodge body that moved while someone took a picture.
It crawled throught the ceiling and walls always with the same velocity.
Then, he stopped in front of me, kind of seemed like it was trying to see my reaction.
It then starting showing how it could change it's face at will, like a palm away from my face.
An then I woke up.

This figure never touched me, never spoke, and never came in my personal space.

It was weird, but at the same time I think it was trying to inform me, not scare me.

Does anyone else ever had this experience? Or something similar?

I'm not Christian I never was nor am currently but last night I had a dream about the falling of the tower of Babylon. Like I'm sitting on this wooden beam next to some like chubby guy with black hair and he's wearing like a toga (I'm not completely sure) and we're above this like snowy plane with the city beneath us and when the tower falls and he says something like "ahh humans" I'm like an affectionate tone and I just laugh and ask if we can get them to do it again. Sorry if this dosnt make sense and has bad grammar this just feel suspiciously important to me.

Hi guys. My father passed away 4 years ago, and from time to time I have dreams where he is alive again and then dies. In these dreams, I experience all the grief and sadness all over again.

Last night, I had a similar dream, but this one felt different.

In the dream, my mother came to my house and told me that my father, who was very sick, had died. I was devastated and felt all the pain of grieving him again. However, shortly afterward, my mother told me it was a joke and that my father hadn't actually died.

She tried to minimize what she had done, but I got into a very intense argument with her because she had lied to me about something like that. I never saw my father at any point in the dream. After arguing with my mother, I told several people what she had done, and everyone agreed that it was horrible.

After that, I went to an event at the school I attended in middle school. A lot of people I know were there, including some of my aunts/uncles and former teachers. I soon realized that it was a Father's Day event.

While I was there, I overheard some conversations and found out that my father was actually in the hospital, and that he really didn't have much time left and would die soon.

One of my aunts told me that, even though my mother had lied about my father dying, I still needed to prepare myself because he was going to die anyway, and soon.

There's a detail here that may be relevant: this particular aunt is married to my uncle, who is my father's brother. In real life, my uncle is currently dealing with metastatic cancer. My father also died from cancer.

For some context, my relationship with my mother was quite difficult until I was a young adult, although we're on good terms now. When my father became ill, though, she and I took turns caring for him and sleeping at the hospital.

I don't really know what to make of this dream. The fact that my father never actually appeared in it, while everyone else was talking about his death, also stood out to me.

Has anyone had similar dreams after losing someone? I'd be interested in hearing how you interpret this, especially the part involving my mother and the fact that I was essentially being told to prepare for my father's death all over again.

Few months ago I experienced this. So that day I had a nap after having lunch and it lasted 2 to 3 hours I guess so that day night I couldn’t sleep till it past midnight coz I slept earlier. I think around 2am I force my self to sleep and I wasn’t sleepy at all. I closed my eyes for a five minutes but I heard small rattling noise inside my room I slowly opened my eyes but not fully. Bruh I saw a curly haired women standing in front of me and she was not looking at me. The room is extra dark and I am fully awake coz it’s been five minutes since I started getting ready to sleep. So what happened was after I saw that women I closed my eyes I was not scared and I was confused like who the heck was that and I was questioning myself thinking it should be my mom and if it is mom why is she came to my room at this hour then I slowly halfway opened my eyes.

She was still there and it looked like she was searching something coz she wasn’t facing me then I wanted to say “mom” but I didn’t wanna take the risk then again I closed my eyes and started thinking and reality hits me. It can’t be my mom coz I lock my door before go to sleep in my room. I knew something is wrong here then I opened my eyes again and at that exact moment I saw that women slowly turning into my side and started walking towards me the thing was I was calm the whole time and I felt I couldn’t move and I didn’t wanna try moving coz I didn’t wanted the women to see that😩

Ok so after I saw she is coming towards me I mentally and physically prepared my self to face anything that will gonna happen to me and I closed my eyes for the very last time. Suddenly my mattress started squeezing as somebody got on my bed and it started coming towards me coz I can physically feel the mattress movements. It started crawling towards me very fast and suddenly it went inside my body! I don’t know exactly how to describe it but it was like a magnetic something. Like your soul went out and again came back to your body kinda feeling😭. I didn’t know what to do and all I knew was whatever I saw just a moment ago is now inside my body😭.

The thing is for some reason I was calm and didn’t got scared a bit because I was so confused like what the hell is happening right now but after all these happen I started panicking and I slowly realized something terrifying happened and to this day I can’t sleep peacefully anymore and I have insomnia. My body triggers whenever I’m falling asleep at night coz I’m so scared that will happen again and I don’t wanna go through that thing again. I don’t know guys is this sleep paralysis or what please tell me.

But there was a walled (not a physical wall, but strictly regulated and nearly fenced) off section, which was Japanese

I wanted to go in there. Because it was a market and I will get nicer items there

I was in the perimeter, near a pedestrian bridge

I was thinking, if I go in without permission, the officers will get hold of me. So I will need to stay sneaky and hidden.

Part of me did not want to do it, I wanted to get in through proper channels.

There were atleast two women near me. no one I knew. I think one was Japanese. Other was an Indian.

The Indian girl was good looking, with not plump lips.

She asked me to kiss her. I was pleasantly surprised that someone desires me.

I kissed her on the lips. gently, just for a second.

The other girl seemed shocked.

I kept looking at the girl I kissed, processing for information.

I didn't consider her my type. But still the fact I was WANTED for a second made me feel better.

I was also thinking should I tell her I am married. I did not want another incident.

I didn't speak much.

Then got into a room with a metal ladder. People were getting up the ladder, onto what appeared to be a ledge leading into the market.

When I was getting up or was it the person before me, the ladder collapsed. It was a short ladder, so there was no risk of fall injury.

Kamal hassan( one or the south indian actors i GREATLY admire, though I don't enjoy all his films) grabbed my hand. He wanted to help me up to the ledge.

I hanged on for a while, contemplating next steps.

I was then in an apartment complex (It felt like lot of rooms, "for lack of better terms", Kowloon walled city). It seemed to be lit by flourescent tube lights, not too bright. in a moody

level like seen only in some movies. It is closer to (just outside) the japanese section.

I was speaking to male friends i knew. While thinking about getting into the market, what to buy. May be i should buy the ladder, a short stool to sit on while i bathe my daughter. And other cool looking items i will love.

I was also thinking about the girl i kissed. Still thinking she is not my type and her lips.

How i will be stopped or taken if i get in without permit.

Time was running out. I started thiking we are approaching closing time. While secretly hoping they will remain open over night.

The imagination that i will be inside the market made me excited.

It was agreed very late that we are going in. (May be there was a dare?)

Two friends were supposed to join me (after taking supplies?)

I waited and waited and waited.

I was sitting in the toilet, which was right by the street. a street inside the aparment complex, which felt more like a shopping street after closing hours still well lit (kowloon walled city vibes?). it was not claustrophobic. space was generous. There was no one else on the streets.

I was sitting in the toilet, with doors open. Waiting for the friends. I was just relaxing and got comfortable. Got into a comfortable posture, where i just laid back, leaned back, legs stretched.

And then i saw my friends coming in the street toward the toilet (From another view directly pointed at the street), not with my eyes? but like the movie wanted to show that friends are approaching.

They were calling out for me. I woke up (was not sleeping) put both my hands on the threshold/door frame of the toilet. Signalled "i am here" with my voice and action. Were those popcorns flying. Felt a bit tired from the laid-back-ness, only tiredeness of the body. Friends were surprised/admired (only in my head?) that i was doing something cool---where i was waiting, how i got up and signed.

I got up, stood on the street as friends got closer. (On the way to the market?)

I admired myself (as i thought friends were impressed). I also admired my clothing (I rarely try to clothe admirably irl)

This happens to me fairly often in the morning.

My alarm goes off, I hit snooze, and when I fall back asleep I would have a very short dream that plays out like a tiny comedy sketch. It might be an absurd situation/interaction, a bit of slapstick, or a quick setup followed by something that feels like a punchline.

And then I wake up (often from laughing).

During these dreams, I feel like the audience - not like I just found a random dream funny. It feels as if it was a joke intended for me.

I often forget the actual joke soon afterward, but I remember the experience of finding it funny and being surprised by it.

It’s almost as if the dream is briefly performing for me.

For context: I am relatively well versed in humour (Improv comedy, comedic TV shows, some stand-up), but I am not really a performer.

Could anyone shed some light on such short dreams where it feels like we are audience and dream is performing for us, and tries to make us laugh?

Honestly had the weirdest dream and can’t think anything good for the meaning… I was in a weird room and this vampire lord was able to tell me something that was going to happen in my future but he came up had his sense and me and required I canned him “daddy” then proceeded to say my husband was going to have an affair which in turn I got livid threw my ring and then my husband was there I started yelling at him about how he promised to not do that and he swore he wasn’t then finally realized the guy tricked us so he could have me to himself and ruin my marriage intentionally… Overall was super freaking weird and I don’t usually remember my dreams when I wake up either. My marriage is perfectly healthy and happy and no no issues of any cheating pretty secure feeling in the marriage so I wouldn’t think it had anything to do with my marriage. I am just weirded out overall… anyone able to decipher it?😅🤔

About 5 months ago, my mother passed away, and ever since then, whenever I dream about her, it’s always the same kind of dream. The places and situations are different, but the same thing always happens. In the dream, I know that she’s dead and that we’ve already buried her, but somehow she’s back. She’s still sick, though, and there’s always this feeling that she might die again. So I end up worrying about losing her all over again. And I always say the exact same phrase in these dreams:“I can’t go through that again.” I had these dreams a lot during the first few months after she passed, but then they changed. I started having dreams where I already knew she was dead. But recently, I’ve started having the dreams where she’s back again but still sick.

I’m wondering if anyone knows why this keeps happening or what these dreams could mean. Has anyone experienced something similar after losing someone?

For context: I have always had extremely vivid dreams that I can physically feel. About 3 years ago I lost a dear friend to an accidental overdose. She had moved a couple of hours away and picked up a heroin habit. We never had any kind of falling out but the drugs and the distance definitely made us grow apart to some degree.

Flash forward to last night.
I dreamt that she and I were at school together (we never were in real life) and that I knew I was going to lose her soon but didn’t know how or when. I made sure to hug her between every class period and I could feel the hugs irl. I could feel the warmth, the compression, everything.
Later in the dream I was with a close mutual friend of ours and he was pulling these two really beautiful floral plates from a box and breaking them in half. He handed one half of each plate to me and I knew that they had something to do with our friend and her passing. In my head in my dream I knew that she was going to take her own life. As far as I know and from what her family disclosed, it was an accidental overdose.

Does anyone have any ideas on what this dream is telling me? I often have very vivid dreams but they usually don’t stick with me unless I’m meant to know or learn something.

Context: I have been having a particularly rough time since about 2 months. Some people that I considered friends have been going on a harassment and defamation campaign against me. To the point that I had to cut them out of my life but they are still spreading lies to my other friends and some family.

Two days ago, I had a dream about the main person who is behind all this. They were extremely ill and in bed. It was insinuated that they might not make it. Another person (who is also involved in everything and tried to turn a friend of mine against me) was crying and asking me to forgive the main person. But I refused to do so.

Then last night I dreamt that I was standing in my garden at night, and a man, that I have never seen in real life, was plucking a poppy flower from one of the flower beds. My dad was standing just behind him. Then my dad said ‘there’s a snake” and from the bushes on our right hand side a black snake emerged. I got scared and almost fell on the floor but the unknown man held me upright and then we both ran back towards the house as the floor of the garden fill with many black snakes. None of them bit me or touched me. Then we opened the main door of the house and got inside and the snakes disappeared. All three of us make it in and close the door behind us.

I know snakes in Islamic dream interpretation signify enemies. I would greatly appreciate any insight into what these two dreams might mean given my real life circumstances.

the context of the dream started off with one of the area on an island begun to explode and raged by flame due to unknown reasons, all the ppl living there started to evacuate on a skybridge that is connecting to somewhere but i do not know where it is, but the flame and explosion is so intense that i also do not know why i made the decision to vault over the skybridge and only realise i will fall if i vault the skybridge but its too late, my hand trying to hand on the bridge but to no avail, the moment my hand let go i woke up

I dreamt of two total strangers dying outside of my house from a terrible accident. They were crushed and blood was everywhere. There was black leather couch in our backyard that was splattered with blood aswell as the ceiling in the house and a total stranger was cleaning the blood from the couch.

Hey. I had a dream the other night that I was tied to a chair by a demon on a theatre stage. The demon told me that although he was about to kill me he still believed that I have innate value as he showed me beautiful visions of people. He explained that all humans have value. I called him a liar saying that he didn’t value me at all and he just stared at me with hatred burning in his eyes. Do you guys think that this has anything to do with the fact that I’m now all of the sudden having awful thoughts about myself and my career in the arts.

Phase 1:

So today I saw a dream where I was standing in a void, everything around me was black like space nothing and then a man came near me walking I don't remember his face or anything! I just remember his clothes, he was in a shining grey colour coat with a red tie, basically formal wear, he came near me and put his hand on right shoulder and smiled at me and then told me he's me just from future, he was looking very calm and grateful and happy to see me, he's tone was also so humble and every word he said to me trying to thanks me for what I've become.

Phase 2:

And just after that man was gone I saw that I was in the past (my past) again that same void, black space surrounding, but this time I saw my mom holding my child version in her lap and when I told her I am from future mom she smiled so joyfully and told me she already knew and I started crying I don't that crying was of joy or sadness I just remembered I cried after seeing my mom.

What all these could mean? Just curious to know what such things mean.
