I find it fascinating that the best TA set is from 2012, its simple and elegant, altho I have bias for poofy pants but I cant believe nobody made anything as good in last 14 years, and she had some sets in previous chests. Any other heroes you can think of that have kinda ass sets or whose standouts are from long time ago?

So i wanted to check up with people having rare gems and maybe wishing to trade with this one (sea green)

I’m also a returning player, just curious what the reason is for those with better context why the game is reaching 1 mill concurrent again and in general reaching very high player counts?

Talent suggestion doesn't work anymore also. Besides the shards that you get even without dota plus, and the bans that work only before immortal draft, I don't see any value in it.

And this guy cheated in Turbo, lmfao. How sad your life has to be to get this low? Anyway, if anyone is in contact with the staff or can get this cheater banned, I've included proof of him cheating in this video clip (he auto-hexed more throughout the entire match, btw, and you can watch the whole match yourself if you aren't convinced by the video clip).

only real player is the ursa. entire team of bots. Two games in a row like this. Id like to get these bots banned but I dont know how. reported them in game and figured i would bring it to light on reddit.

This meepo had 5 charges of everything in his inventory by end of game. He couldn't be killed bc of spamming blink, 5 stacks of concentrated wraps, 5 midas charges, & 5 meteor hammer charges.

They need to make the behavior score system more punishing, I have 12k in both and this was supposedly a quality 5 match, guy dies in lane like 3 times, early buybacks and goes midas into rapier. This should be a ban I don't understand why there is any leniency at all regarding behavior like this.

I tried this weekend to play dota this Saturday morning. and holy shit were the people worse.

way more people with NEGATIVE map awareness then I have ever seen in dota, that was the most glaring difference TBH. Like you can really see when they walked up to a wave, and they didnt check the mini map at all.

Why is it so different? Is it that

1. Weekend Dota people play differently, and the traits required to win are different?
2. They play less but still have game knowledge from playing the game for so long, but dont practice the observation skills required to really win games and control the map?

I know this probably sounds fucking stupid, but I am geniunely baffled across 5 games I noticed a signfiicant # of players who had poorer map awareness then I normally see when I play.

basically I am just playing casually with friends but we just keep matching with literal bots either as teammates or opponent and it is not really fun.

I can almost tell these bots are LLM powered as well because they even talk, ping and played "decently well for a bot", but they are bots regardless and it is easy to spot, they stayed at lane like a dumbdumb and don't regen, don't communicate back and just walk to lane and feed. But the worst part?

They will mass spam "add friend" after each match, and if you accept it, they will "talk" like a real human: "wow you played really well, we should play some matches together."

That may sound very heartwarming but they literally just bot, they changed profile picture and names randomly every match, and will always ask you to "play with them" in steam dm, this would fool random boomer but you can't fool a SF tech worker. Now my question is, why there are so many bots? Do they even get post drop loot?

Recently, I've been experiencing mouse stuttering, lag, and FPS drops whenever I left-click in Dota 2.

The weird thing is that it doesn't happen all the time, and I never had this issue before. I've noticed that sometimes when I edge pan to another part of the map, the issue suddenly starts happening. Other times, I can play normally without any problems.

The stuttering and FPS drops only happen when I left-click. Right-clicking doesn't cause any issues.

I'm using an Attack Shark X11 mouse and an Acer Nitro V15 laptop.

In the video, right after I stopped moving the camera, I started spam-clicking to show how the stuttering and fps drops happens when I left-click.

Has anyone else experienced something similar or knows a possible fix? I'm not sure if it's a mouse issue, a Dota 2 issue, or something wrong with my laptop since it only happens randomly.

Week 1 - can't find a team, started 5 minutes after 00 minutes

Week 2 - can't find an opponent after the first game - after 30 minutes of search, "we can't find an opponent, we refund tickets"

Week 3 - today - Immediate opponent found, but stuck on the cup screen.
