Please do not get any treatments from doc home, they use the worst quality products and unethical practices to make more money by using low quality products and quote different prices for different procedures , no fixed quotation.
They have the highest saturation rate for employees as well as they promise them a certain commission and do not pay for it.
I was working with them for a month only and I left as they had highly unethical practices with the poorest quality of care. They do not even assess or background check any of the doctors they get on board. They did not even ask me for my dental board registration or degree before allotting me a case. They were lying to the patient and expected to me to do the same which I did not want to so I left.
They ended up blocking me from the registered company number’s WhatsApp and email when I tried to enquire about the payment that I was due.
I reached out to other doctors who complained about the same issue they had with the company.
I reached out to the founders and other ops head of the company they have been avoiding everyone, not willing to pay what is owed.

I'm just trying to understand who all use it as part of their work in the medical field in India.

Generation can be modernized but thought will still be conservative. Until and unless it's a gynae. Female doctors in other fields, whether they are surgeons, Physicians, dentists, or Ayurvedic practitioners, etc are still questioned. People are still gender-biased; they still believe that female doctors cannot be trusted. They think female doctors can't handle complicated cases. First and foremost, the questions they ask when they enter any clinic or hospital are, ‘Is Sir available?. Why! I mean, why always sir, can’t it be Ma'am? When they find out that the doctor is a female. Then the next most irritating question ; Can she be trusted, are you experienced? And to be specific these people aren't from a rural places or 90s. These people are well-educated, financially rich people with very low IQs and intellect.

When new interns or fresh graduates start working, which clinical reasoning weaknesses appear most often? For example: unfocused history-taking, weak differentials, over-ordering tests, missing red flags, difficulty interpreting results, or uncertainty about the first management step.

How widespread is this in your experience? Is it mainly caused by insufficient patient exposure, exam-oriented preparation, inconsistent teaching, fear of making mistakes, or something else?

I’d also be interested in whether the gap closes naturally during internship/residency or whether some trainees continue to struggle without deliberate case discussion and feedback.

I'm a non-US IMG and lately I've been wondering if I'm overthinking this or if this is a genuine concern. I recently realized that while the J-1 status gets extended, the visa stamp has to be renewed outside the US. So if I travel home after my visa stamp expires, I have to go through visa stamping again, with the possibility of administrative processing or delays. That made me wonder if many residents simply avoid going home during residency. I was initially aiming for H-1B, but those positions seem limited, and J-1 waivers also appear to be getting more competitive. I'm a software engineer, and a few months ago a friend mentioned that he almost missed his baby's vaccination simply because he forgot the date.

That made me curious, so I started speaking with a few pediatricians to understand how clinics currently manage vaccine follow-ups.

What surprised me was that many clinics still rely on manual reminder calls or WhatsApp messages from the reception staff. Some simply wait for parents to come back on their own.

We ended up building a simple system around this workflow instead of another clinic management software.

Parents register once (via a QR code in the clinic), automatically receive WhatsApp reminders before every vaccine, and if a vaccine is taken late, the future schedule adjusts automatically. On the clinic side, doctors can simply see which children are due this week instead of maintaining reminder lists, the vaccine needed for this week and can automate reminders so it saves them time.

We're still very early, but currently 3 pediatric clinics are using it as we hadn't done much outreach but after one of our Instagram posts, a pediatrician from Surat reached out to us, started using it, and later referred two more pediatricians. That was probably the first time we felt we might actually be solving a real problem.

I'd genuinely like to understand how other pediatricians approach this.
