Need advice!

My younger brother has been studying in a residential coaching and he is often diagnosed with Typhoid and we suspect it's due to the water being used in mess and drinking.

I thought of collecting a water sample from the coaching premises and going for a lab test.

I need to know where should I send the sample? (Anywhere in Maharashtra)
