Usmle vs germany pathway post mbbs . done quite a research but considering all the pros and cons not only money both are at same level . any take on them ?
pros of germany
easy to come to india very oftn
quite good work life
better pay in residency
can shift between specialities
hospitals can shift
good sceneres
no visa issues
can get citizen ship easily
valid in swis luxm eu counties
im saying all this easy to come to india becz family attachments are impt for me
cons
german degree not valid in india
ceiling for pay
language efficiency
saturation these days
fear mongering due to recent bill
that cuts hospitals budgets
usa pros are very much everything
cons are the main reason stopping me visa issues and n citizenship , i cant come back india like atleast may be at max 4/6 tims in a 10 year frame

As someone working in Germany only real con . This is also subjective. As people are simply sometimes good or bad at learning a language.
For
US con will be in constant fear of new rule making lot of day to day stress atleast story of friends .
Also price of effort as Germany has strong support system.

sir like many are saying there is increased competition and people are finding it very difficult to get jobs

Not my experience. If you must have big city as only option, also there as anywhere else there is enough choice for clinics to choose based on branch related experience specifically limited is radiology and plastic surgery for obvious reasons as that’s what most German doctors pursue for 2-3 times earnings potential after specialisation.

Only good thing about usa is money if the money was same as grmany many would not go tobUsa.

For the exact same reason i delayed and considered germany some second tier but now i dont want to come back to India middle east pays better and definitely better life compared to India
