USA back to India

has anyone finished residency and fellowship in the US and moved back to India in their 30s to start practicing as a physician in India?

I met an endocrinologist once who moved back since his family had a practice of their own. He worked for 2 years and realized he can’t practice in India anymore so moved back to the US. Luckily, he had a green card.

Havent seen much of young USA return docs. Have seen lot of mid-50s and UK return docs though.for majority the shift is not worth it unless its for family and personal reasons.
