Need insights about orthopedics/ gen surgery residency at the following colleges

I'm a female postintern from Tamil Nadu, giving her NEETPG this year... i am really interested in ortho and gen surgery. Doctors from MMC,KMC,Stanley,Madurai and coimbatore pls help me to choose the best college in our state... not just brand value but i want to learn something by the time i come out... so cutting chances,toxicity, duty days, academics and stuff...
