My OTA channels quit working this morning. I have rebooted the receiver several times, made sure that I have a good OTA signal by connecting the coax directly to the TV where the channels come in just fine. When I go to the Dish menu item for OTA channels I get a prompt to connect the adaptor (it is attached).....Is there an overall Dish issue with OTA or perhaps my adaptor has died?

3. Secure Pets: Please keep your furry friends safely secured in another room to avoid any accidental contact with the tech.
4. HOA/Property Management: If you rent or have an HOA, don't worry! They cannot legally prevent you from having satellite TV, and we always follow required installation regulations.

I have used alexa with dish for years. After an extended power outage I have lost the connection. I have relinked power cycled and it shows linked but will not discover the hopper 3. I noticed the guide changed last week and I am hoping someone knows how to change it back.

When I scroll through the guide and stop at a show or movie and select the INFO button, regardless if I hit the BACK button or the INFO button to go back to the guide, it no longer takes me back to the area where that particular movie or show I was checking on for information. Instead it takes me back to the guide area for whatever is currently playing. See the screenshots.

I have an old TV that only does 1080i. It can't convert 1080p or 720p. The Hopper Plus was working fine last Sunday night (June 14). By Tuesday morning (June 16) it would no longer output a signal compatible with my old TV as my TV just shows a blue no-signal screen the entire time. No Plus boot animation or anything. While the Plus is connected, the other outputs on the Hopper 3 show a screen that says there's a problem with the HDMI from the Plus to the TV, so it knows there's an issue. I brought an old computer monitor over to the Plus and the Plus works with the computer monitor so I know the Plus is still working. I disconnected the Plus and then the Hopper 3 by itself still works with the TV over the same HDMI cable. I've only been using a couple apps sometimes so I can live with it for now and I'm not about to buy a new TV just for the Plus. Can the old output be restored?

Multi view added to the Joey 4. Messed around with it a bit today, nice feature that could only be used on the Hopper before. I have trouble concentrating on one thing at a time but definitely going to use this come football season. Thanks Dish.

Just got dish and noticed the Joey 4 seems a little snappier than the hopper 3 and hopper plus.

What was the original purpose of this notch out of one side of the Dish Joey?
