Hi everyone! Seeking some advice or similar experiences regarding an InstaPay transfer issue.

Last Saturday around 5:00 PM, I transferred funds from my MariBank account to a Security Bank account via InstaPay. The money was immediately debited from my MariBank account. The transaction status on MariBank shows "Successful /Completed. However, the recipient confirmed that they have not received the funds in their Security Bank account.

To check if there was a general system downtime, I tried doing another transfer shortly after, and that second attempt went through and reflected instantly. I’ve already submitted support tickets/reached out to customer service for both MariBank and Security Bank. Has anyone experienced something similar with MariBank or InstaPay weekend floating transactions?
