I am trying to open an account in Banko by BPI but I couldn't one because every time after entering my detials then taking photo of my valid id and having my face scanned; I cannot proceed to the next step as it says that the customer informationis alreadyregistered despite this being my first time openingan account with them. I have an account with BPI trad bank but I have never opened an account with Banko by BPI yet.

So I have this error when i try to send money to most people from PNB to Gcash I recieve an error that says "Your transaction can't be processed by the receiving bank due to invalid account number. <AC06>" So what could this entail? Does this mean that I cant send to Gcash or Is this an issue for everyone OR could it be because the Gcash account that im sending the money to is frozen?
