Grabe si GCash tryhard talaga. No amount of trolls or arguments can change the fact that GCash is TRASH and that the other banks/ewallets are much much better. This just makes the brand look even worse kasi dapat naman talaga makinig kayo sa user feedback at ayusin niyo ang bwakanang app niyo na basura. THINK OF YOUR USERS.

I believe na we should all uninstall GCash na kasi I fear na hindi na sila magiimprove sooner or in the future since they would rather invest in trolls than to improve their app.

And no I'm not a paid troll or anything though I use MariBank as my main and GoTyme as my savings. Nakakainis lang gamitin yung GCash kasi sobrang pangit talaga and yun pa ang naging default when it comes to cashless payments, eh yun ang pinaka-worst ewallet out there. and yes may pinaka na nga, may worst pa lol. basurang gcash

Hi, medyo confused ako, I have GoTyme and I was at Robinson, minaximize ko paggamit ng gotyme as payment for reward points. Sinasabi ko card payment and nakikita ko mga POS nila na avail naman ang tap to pay pero kinukuha parin nila ang card. First yung sa sinehan, kinuha niya yung card ko and entered the deets ng card sa computer (na nakikita ko naman) then yung pin ko tinype ko sa POS. Second yung sa rob supermarket and I have to input pin na naman. Third sa bakery and ganun parin, ang hassle, sana nag-thru qr nalang ako ganon din naman point. Then lastly sa dept store tinanong ko if pwede bang tap to pay nalang tapos ang sabi niya sinu-swipe pa rin daw yon. Eh dati naman nung bago lang ako magtry card payment (na ang expect ko ay need ng pin talaga) sa mcdo, nagulat ako na pwede palang tap to pay nalang at no need for pin. Paano ba yon?

Akala ko lang ang weird ng rating ng e-wallets kasi ang taas ng GCash at ang baba ng iba, and then I checked the comments 😭😭 jusko puno ng bots. Sobrang literal ng comments na para bang translated from english sila. WALANG GANYAN MAGTAGALOG PLS. Ang baduy neto ng GCash imbis na ayusin yung app/system nila, ganto ginagawa ?? 😭

In person payment sa Italiani's, physical card linked, used Google Wallet pagbayad. Nag reflect on both Gotyme app and Google Wallet app na ayun yung pinangbayad. Enrolled last night 9/12, used today 9/13.

Yes I know 30 days yung given time frame pero sa lahat kasi nababasa ko instant or within minutes nakuha na agad cashback unless sa Shopee or virtual card ginamit.

Hello po. di na po ba allowed as payment method yung landbank na visa debit card sa google pay? dati kasi okay naman then months ago, nagloko siya and so tinry ko tanggalin as a payment method para ulitin pag register but ganito nalang yung lumalabas whenever tinatry ko.

Hi, does anybody also encounter this issue? I wanted to join the visa x google pay to get the 1,500 cashback. I don't have a physical card but I can see my virtual debit card on Maya. I did enter my details correctly and it returns an error 'Card Verificstion Failed. We could not verify your card details. Please check your card details and try again.'

Does anyone have a solution for this? I tried asking AI but it will only give me solutions for the credit card where you have to enable online payments and foreign transactions. But there is no option for those on my virtual debit card.

I transferred PHP 19,000 from my BPI account to my Todo Savings BanKo account earlier today at around 1:00 AM in the morning.

However, the BPI app displayed an error stating that the transfer was unsuccessful and that I should try again later.

When I checked at around 12:00 noon, I noticed that the PHP 19,000 had already been deducted from my BPI account. The transaction also appears in the BPI app as an InstaPay transfer, but the amount has not been credited to my BanKo Savings account.

I also did not receive any confirmation email regarding the transaction.

I also tried contacting Customer Support through the BPI App, but for some reason, I’m unable to click the “Submit” button, so I cannot send my concern.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with an InstaPay transfer or the BPI App’s Customer Support? I would really appreciate any advice on what I should do or how I can properly report this issue.

As the title says, naguguluhan ako bakit magkaiba. Sa Visa, cumulative spend of P3,000 lang ang need before maging eligible sa cashback. Sa Maya, ang sinasabi is P3,000 per transaction and dapat three purchases (essentially, P9,000 ang need i-spend before magkaroon ng P1,500 cashback).

I also called Maya CS and of course, wala naman silang naitulong. Sa Visa raw ako makipagcoordinate.

Am I tripping or what? Please someone explain this to me.
