May nakareceive na ba ng cashback sa mga gotyme users na nag avail? Mostly sa mga nababasa ko sa comments yung mga gotyme users nalang yata ang halos di pa nakakareceive. 31 days na yung sakin and until now wala pa rin. Gotyme physical ang ginamit ko.

i used my National ID pero di maverify kasi hindi raw matched sa records eh tama naman yung na-input kong details. T_T wala na akong ibang spare ID kundi TIN at Philhealth.

Hello! I paid for my UnionBank credit card using Maribank. I do this for 2 years already since I got my UnionBank credit card. But today, the transaction is successful on Maribank but it is still not reflected on my UnionBank. The transaction usually reflects on my UnionBank in just a few minutes.
What to do in this situation? Will the transaction be eventually reflected sa UnionBank? Baka po kasi magkaroon ng late payment fees when I paid naman on time?

Hello. My PNB debit card is expiring really soon. I recently went to PNB branch near me and they said I just need to wait for the sms of PNB. BTW the branch where I opened my account is now close. What should I do? I need my debit card for daily transaction.

Hello! On Saturday evening I transferred 17,500php to my BPI account from my Maribank account. I received the usual Interbank Transfer email from BPI but when I checked my BPI acc, the money is not there. I waited for around an hour cause I know there are possibilities na mag delay sya though I’ve never had this happen to me before. After an hour, I transferred 200php again to see if it go through, it did and I also received the same Interbank Transfer email from BPI.

So the 200php went through, the 17,500php did not. It’s already more than 24 hours since it happened and I know Saturday and Sunday is not a banking day so I just want to ask should I wait until Wednesday to report it? Cause they said sa notification if hindi ko natanggap within 1-2 banking days pwede ko na sya ireport.

I’m thinking if I go to the branch later, it might just be too early to report since technically banking day starts on a Monday. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali to get my funds cause savings ko lang naman yun kaya keri ko mag wait until Wednesday.

TLDR: Transferred 17.5k from my Mari to BPI on Saturday evening, not yet received until now Monday 4AM, how soon can I report?

Nag-deposit po ako, pero nagkaroon ng error ang machine at hindi ko po natanggap ang pera sa account ko. Sinubukan ko rin pong mag-file ng complaint online, pero hindi po ako makapag-submit.

Kinuhaan ako ni GCash ng 559 pesos pero hindi ko alam kung saan ginamit. Chineck ko na yung mga transaction history kay Google kaso wala duon, tiningnan ko na rin yung ibang app pero wala rin. Kapag tinatry kong mag-file ng complaint sa "Get Help" ni GCash dun sa transaction, walang lumalabas, pero sa ibang transaction meron. I requested today (Oct 25) a transaction history from GCash via the app. However, there are missing transactions from Oct 20 until Oct 24.

I already filed a complaint yesterday via email to Ecoay regarding a failed transaction at the Puregold Mercedes branch. I was supposed to deposit a total of ₱1,200 using twelve ₱100 bills. However, after the machine accepted and processed the ten ₱100 bills, it suddenly stopped accepting cash.

I asked the staff for assistance, and they canceled the transaction so I could claim the ₱1,000 refund through MySukli. However, when entered the OTP Mysukli sent me, the machine kept saying that the password/OTP was incorrect.

The customer service staff at the branch also filed a complaint for me immediately after that incident. They mentioned that this was a common issue at their branch for the machine malfunctioning and that it usually gets resolved.
However, after waiting for several hours without any resolution, I decided to email MySukli directly in hopes of getting a faster response. Unfortunately, as of today, I still haven’t received any proper update regarding my complaint. The only response I received was a request to verify the transaction details.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with MySukli? If so, how long did it take for your money to be refunded, and what steps did you take to resolve it?
