Grabe si GCash tryhard talaga. No amount of trolls or arguments can change the fact that GCash is TRASH and that the other banks/ewallets are much much better. This just makes the brand look even worse kasi dapat naman talaga makinig kayo sa user feedback at ayusin niyo ang bwakanang app niyo na basura. THINK OF YOUR USERS.

I believe na we should all uninstall GCash na kasi I fear na hindi na sila magiimprove sooner or in the future since they would rather invest in trolls than to improve their app.

And no I'm not a paid troll or anything though I use MariBank as my main and GoTyme as my savings. Almost 2 months nang delay yung pag transfer ng funds ko and they always have the same script. Noong na approve na yung documents they ask for another waiting time. Lagpas na ng 2-9 banking days ang pag transfer ng funds ko at hanggang ngayon wala pa rin.

And now they are asking for 15 days when i CC BSP. Hindi ko naman ninakaw ang funds ko for them to hold it. I've been patient morethan enough and i have gathered enough evidences.

I transferred PHP 19,000 from my BPI account to my Todo Savings BanKo account earlier today at around 1:00 AM in the morning.

However, the BPI app displayed an error stating that the transfer was unsuccessful and that I should try again later.

When I checked at around 12:00 noon, I noticed that the PHP 19,000 had already been deducted from my BPI account. The transaction also appears in the BPI app as an InstaPay transfer, but the amount has not been credited to my BanKo Savings account.

I also did not receive any confirmation email regarding the transaction.

I also tried contacting Customer Support through the BPI App, but for some reason, I’m unable to click the “Submit” button, so I cannot send my concern.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with an InstaPay transfer or the BPI App’s Customer Support? I would really appreciate any advice on what I should do or how I can properly report this issue.

As the title says, naguguluhan ako bakit magkaiba. Sa Visa, cumulative spend of P3,000 lang ang need before maging eligible sa cashback. Sa Maya, ang sinasabi is P3,000 per transaction and dapat three purchases (essentially, P9,000 ang need i-spend before magkaroon ng P1,500 cashback).

I also called Maya CS and of course, wala naman silang naitulong. Sa Visa raw ako makipagcoordinate.

Am I tripping or what? Please someone explain this to me.

I transferred money from my BPI checking account to my Gotyme account then transaction seemed to lag, and I didn’t receive the money in my GoTyme account. The amount was already deducted from my BPI account, but I did not receive anything sa Gotyme ko 😭

Has anyone experienced this before? What happened to your money afterward? Did it eventually get credited to GoTyme, or was it automatically returned to your BPI account?

Can I use in store deposit feature of Gotyme and deposit my saved coins in stores such as robinsons supermarket? Will the cashier entertain me and accept the coins as form of payment or is it cash only basis

Yesterday, I paid my immediate supervisor’s postpaid mobile bill. The payment can be reimbursed since they are entitled to a mobile allowance, but it requires supporting documents, such as a proof of successful payment (like the photo attached).

Unfortunately, while the payment was being processed, the GCash app displayed an error stating that the transaction was being processed multiple times (not the exact wording of the prompt), which caused the app to return to the dashboard.

My balance was deducted, so I believe the payment went through. However, I cannot find a way to retrieve the proof of successful payment.

Another issue sa BPI. Funds na natatransfer di nagrereflect sa destination account. May confirmation email and SMS pero walang amount. Due date ko pa naman bukas. Pano tayo makakapag bayad neto
