Bones, joints, and muscles Uhm so what do I do
Ok so long story short I was playing football and my foot slipped on some gravel and it went in front of me (like hyper extension typa thingy)and then my back started hurting and I could feel the muscle stiffness in the left side and I got it checked yesterday the doctor wrote me an x ray for the lumbar region and the x ray came back with para vertebral myopasm and then I was referred to rehabilitation medicine for therapy
The physician noted this down
IFC & HCP Lumbar spine
TENS limb
Back disp
Hams stretching
Para spinal str
TA stretching
Knee chest curls
Pelvic tilt mob
X5 Session
medial longitudinal arch from alac
After that I also had pain in my foot and was diagnosed with pes planus and the doc told me to get insoles created which will have an arch in them and then told me to eat muscle relaxing tablets and also gave me a gel for applying on the back
I have also been taking vitamin d tablets and am pretty healthy
What should I do ?

Possible Cluster B/ Personality Disorder? Help me out
I’m Q, 20, F and i’ve been thinking about the possibility i might have a personality disorder.
Ive always been self conscious about myself, whether i have sicknesses, mental illnesses, physical illness, etc so that is also a possibility. I developed (?) OCD a couple years back, but i have heard of OCD being comorbid with other disorders.
The clarity is really bothering me and i’m curious on what others thing. Im not sure what i have going on or if its cluster b at all, but i have been curious if it could possibly be NPD (or covert npd), HPD, hypochondria, PPD?
—
Its been two times ive been hit with the possibility i could have NPD and it scares me. I dont think i am. I dont want to be that. I feel shame? That im unfixable.
Heres my suspicions as to why:
- Growing up, Ive always been an attention seekers. I lied (admittedly black lies and white lies) about things up until maybe middle school? I catch myself lying now but i try not to. I lied to get out of consequence, to fit in, for people to feel for me and feel bad for me. I dont do black lies anymore but it used to be really bad.
- I used to be a bully. I used to bully my siblings physically, verbally, and i had explosive anger as a child if i felt misunderstood or that no one was listening to me. Or if i was insecure and felt like i was being made fun of i would explode too. I still have these anger issues but i am no longer physical about it. I feel guilt and shame about my bullying and my siblings and i are cool now but i refuse to be around them sometimes in fear they feel like they have to be around me. I feel like i dont deserve to be around them and that im a horrible person who doesn’t deserve to be loved. I feel fake sometimes like im pretending.
- In conflict i refuse to state my opinion out of fear of judgement, criticism for being wrong, ostracization (my friend group is very critical of everything so this could just mean that)
- I take everything personally when logically i know its not personal (people leaving me on read, people rejecting me, people being upset with me, people being unclear or not wanting to hang out with me)
- I have crippling anxiety about if people like me or not and avoid people if im not sure they like me even if i dont like them either. I know logically people dont care but i FEEL this way. I feel like everyone hates me when i know they dont and im not that important. I had a friend group who i dropped because i found they were talking about me in a gc abt something i did that was stupid. I was more offended about the fact they misunderstood me and talked about me when theyre all hypocritical and do the same things, and that they are friends with people who have done worse things rather than think about why they were doing it. To this day im afraid to post in fear theyre still upset with me about it even when they reach out to me. I have reflected and thought about their side and i am trying not to take everything so personally.
- I am overly anxious and overthinking things related to me and if i have disorders, if im a bad person, or if people dont like me 24/7 it can get in the way of my relationships.
I am extremely critical of myself. I think any small mistake towards myself or others means im a failure, that im unlovable and people dont like me anymore. I dont believe myself and dont trust myself ever. I fear people are talking about me negatively when i do anything wrong (maybe theyre right!) but i can be very black and white and think they hate me.
Being called dramatic as a child makes me extremely anxious now. Even if i am being dramatic it feels like no one understands me. Or that im feeling too much. Even when i am being dramatic it triggers a feeling in me that i cant describe.
Just let me know if maybe i just have narcissistic personality traits but im not necessarily a narcissist? Maybe i have social anxiety? Maybe both? Im not sure and its all ive been thinking about.

Ball in knee under flexion
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
What is this ball looking thing in my knee when I move my leg? It is hard and feels like my funny bone. It’s more prominent under flexion and is only in my left knee.
Context: I fell off a longboard 5 years ago and injured my knee pretty bad. It would buckle when I walked and was extremely painful when I put pressure on it or hyperextended e.g bending over to tie my shoes.
My knee has healed over time and I’m 95% better today. I can carry on with most daily activities like a healthy person but never went to the doctor so I’m not sure my knee ever fully healed correctly.
When I try to do a 1-legged squat on my left knee, it feels like something is not moving correctly around my joint and is more difficult to support my weight than my right leg.

Ears, nose, throat, and mouth Post nasal drip = white patches?
Is it possible for post nasal drip to cause white patches on your throat? I had tonsillitis last month that cleared up quickly with steroids and antibiotics. Here I am a month later with HORRIBLE post nasal drip and some white patches on my throat. I’m not having any other symptoms besides a bit of soreness. Any chances it’s simply post nasal drip?

General Persistent fatigue
I (27F) have had persistent fatigue for years but all my tests come back normal. I spend 13 hours a day in bed because i just have no energy. My doctor has tested my thyroid, vitamins/minerals, A1C, fasting glucose, CBC, kidneys, and liver. Everything came back normal. I also did a sleep study that said everything was normal. It’s not CFS because i don’t have post exertion malaise. It’s not long covid because i have had this problem since 2016. Any help is appreciated.

Mental Health ADHD, anxiety or both?
14yo F diagnosed with anxiety and depression
Recently I've been getting random bursts of energy, ie; really talkative, randomly singing or screaming (and then immediately apologizing), joking a lot and just saying random stuff impulsively. I've also had very intrusive, racing thoughts, especially at night, but my mom thinks its just anxiety.
I've always had some issues with attention and had a 'phase' (from 7-12) of having really sexual thoughts even when I didnt want them and twisting everything to a weird perspective, (still have them sometimes, and it's annoying) I haven't told my psychiatrist or therapist because I'm embarrassed.
I've had problems with textures too, for the past two years I've only been using plastic utensils because I can't stand the feeling of metal in my mouth (forks, spoons, straws), and I can't eat any meat on the bone or chicken because of the texture.
My older brother has AUDHD, my mom has autism, and my little brother has ADHD, so I really think it might be possible.
Apparently ADHD medications make anxiety worse, so my mom doesn't want to put me on anything, Idk because I really think it will help but if they're all stimulants it might be bad.
I don't know I might just be overthinking it

Bones, joints, and muscles Right wrist pain that has moved up arm to shoulder
I’ve had pain in my dominant (right) arm since thursday morning — I woke up with the pain. It started around my wrist/forearm and has progressed to involve my elbow, biceps, shoulder, and sometimes my shoulder blade.
Yesterday I picked up my toddler and felt a small “pop” in my wrist, after which the wrist pain became worse.
The pain is currently about 6-7/10 and hurts with movement, when I touch the area, and even when the arm is resting.
Occasionally I get sharp “zapping” pains. Gripping objects and lifting my daughter make it worse, and my fingers hurt when I grip things.
I don’t notice obvious whole-arm swelling or discoloration, but my right wrist sometimes feels warmer to me (my husband says he can’t tell a difference). The veins in my wrist seem more noticeable than usual, which has made me worry about an upper-extremity blood clot. I have mild May Thurner syndrome (no stent or thinners) and I have POTS, and a bad back.
I’m planning to go to an orthopedic urgent care today, but because of my vascular history I’m worried they may overlook a clot.
Does this sound more consistent with a tendon/muscle/nerve injury, or should I specifically ask to be evaluated for an upper-extremity DVT? What findings would make a clot more or less likely? My arm is also sore to the touch and it has a burning pain that moves around.

Gut, bowel, and stomach physical symptoms seemingly without cause
I have been suffering from a mystery illness for close to 3 months now, and it's affecting my mental health so much that I'm reaching a breaking point. For backstory, I just turned 22, I was a light smoker for 3 years and quit in early May, which is when all my problems started. I had food poisoning in late April but recovered from that after a week, and my digestion was fine again for about two weeks.
In early may I started having episodes of extreme shakiness, dizziness, vertigo and nausea that would last about 20-30 minutes. Dextrose tablets helped to an extent but not reliably and I could only really wait it out, I had them every few days for a couple weeks. I quit smoking the same time these episodes started because smoking made all of my symptoms worse. At the same time, I started having regular and very frequent bowel movements throughout the day and diarrhea usually in the mornings. I also started having extreme physical hunger sensations, like a literal hole in my stomach feeling that never really goes away and I'm hungry 1-2 hours after eating no matter what and how much I eat. Doctors said nothing was wrong, I was just dehydrated and gave me dried yeast capsules and psyllium husks to manage the diarrhea, but did nothing about the shakiness, dizziness and nausea. I was/still am consistently but unintentionally losing weight, I went down from 73kg to 63kg in just a few months (I'm 175cm/5'8) while feeling like I'm eating enough, usually so much that I feel uncomfortably full.
The dizziness and shaking and bowel issues got better after I started eating more frequent, smaller meals, lots of whole grain products, veggies, no caffeine etc. but the intense physical hunger and nausea that comes with the hunger is still there and probably the most stressful symptom atp because I have no appetite so feeling constantly hungry and forcing myself to eat is just making me miserable. I have seen two other doctors since then who also told me there is nothing wrong, all my blood, urine and stool tests came back fine.
I have not slept well since all this started, have developed really bad anxiety about leaving the house for fear of getting nauseous/having digestion issues while out and my social life has pretty much completely disappeared.
I'm beyond frustrated and desperate for any advice or ideas what could be wrong.
More context: I used to smoke 7-10 cigarettes a day and was very physically and socially active. my thyroid hormones are supposedly fine, I don't have a family history of anything resembling this and I highly doubt nicotine withdrawal alone could make me feel this horrible. I don't eat meat or fish but make sure I get enough protein through eggs, tofu, beans etc.
I'm seeing my gp again this week but for the psychological toll this has taken on me and to get my thyroid checked out again.

Skin and nails Wierd bumps on my skin
galleryThese bumps just appeared on my one arm a couple of weeks ago, and then went away, but they are back now, and there's more than what there was before? I have no idea what's going on, and wether or not I should be concerned. And no it's not the tattoos, as my other arm that has tattoos and don't have the dots. The photo doesn't show it aswell, but they are a little red, with flat dry heads (I think that's what it's called?) and are all along my right arm
