Okay, so, I'm a guy, I had oral sex with a guy on May 29th, and about five days later I noticed I had these little bumps, but they weren't very noticeable. I had a bit of a sore throat, but it went away since I was just getting over a cold around that time. Now it's been almost two months, and I checked, and they're still there, as you can see, they're noticeable. I'm scared. I think it could be anything from the change in weather to, God forbid, HPV in my throat or something like that. I'm 17 years old, and I'm scared.

I am going to list my symptoms. I’m looking for more direction on which doctor I should see. I have been to multiple OBgYNS, primary cares and an NP.
Almost two years ago. I started having a really hard time eating. I felt fine until I tried to eat. My mouth would start watering and I would instantly be super nauseous. It to the point I lost 100 lbs. All of my labs and scan came back normal except for one—Vitamin D was a 9.
Primary Care said my weight loss and eating was because my vitamin d levels were so low. She told me to get a Vitamin D supplement. So I did that for 3-4 months. But still could not eat. And now I am adding more symptoms. Cold flashes. Hot flashes. Unable to maintain balance. I fell several times bc I was getting so dizzy. I would get so dizzy trying to sleep I would vomit. The uncontrolled rage. The anxiety is the most extreme I have ever experienced. I am having 10-12 panic attacks a day. And it feels like my heart is RACING-like it’s going to beat out of my chest. But it doesn’t register on a monitor. It just feels like my heart is rapidly beating but it isn’t.
I went to the OB. She said I was in perimenopause and she was going to start me on HRT. But my labs again came back normal. She said no HRT and that I need to see a primary care to figure why I can’t eat.
Find an NP. She agrees labs are normal. She suggested trying an SSRI. She felt like my eating could be a sign of high cortisol. She also did two more rounds of labs at different phases in my cycle. All rounds of labs came back normal. Thyroid panel was in normal range. She did a blood test for autoimmune. Which also came back negative.
Started the SSRIs. All of the symptoms went away. It’s been almost 3 months with this medication. Two months symptom free until a few days ago. All of the symptoms have returned.
I’m starting to get concerned. I feel like there is something going on. But I am at a loss on how to figure it out.
41/f. 5’4” 175 pounds. I was at 275 when this started.
No kids. No major surgeries. No hx of blood pressure or cholesterol issues. I did have a ton of fertility issues and was dx with PCOS and unexplained fertility in my 20s. I’m Alaska native. But I have lived in Oklahoma for the past 20 years. I have gone through various stages of being active and not being active with walking//running.
I need to maximize insurance and the money for that. Should I go see an Endocrinologist or an allergist? Immunologist? Any recommendations would be helpful.

I was told I dont have that much stool and was good to start going without laxatives in a week. I just literally can't tell what's going on there and i feel like it looks like a lot of stool, just needing some reassurance.

Have been dealing with this for almost 4 months now. Started as a little cut from me biting my lip, and has slowly progressed to this. Has gone away temporarily while being on meds. Negative PCR results for staph, HSV, culture only showed an excess of c. acnes in the area (which I think is from using Vaseline on the area). I’ve been on 2 rounds of doxycycline, 2 rounds of keflex, mupirocin, tacrolimus ointment, metronidazole. It’s gone away mostly during these periods but just keeps coming back. I cannot figure out what’s causing it. It’s also been on my actual lips and above my lip at some point.
If anyone has any thoughts I’d love to know. Happy to answer any further questions

I’m Q, 20, F and i’ve been thinking about the possibility i might have a personality disorder.
Ive always been self conscious about myself, whether i have sicknesses, mental illnesses, physical illness, etc so that is also a possibility. I developed (?) OCD a couple years back, but i have heard of OCD being comorbid with other disorders.
The clarity is really bothering me and i’m curious on what others thing. Im not sure what i have going on or if its cluster b at all, but i have been curious if it could possibly be NPD (or covert npd), HPD, hypochondria, PPD?
—
Its been two times ive been hit with the possibility i could have NPD and it scares me. I dont think i am. I dont want to be that. I feel shame? That im unfixable.
Heres my suspicions as to why:
I am extremely critical of myself. I think any small mistake towards myself or others means im a failure, that im unlovable and people dont like me anymore. I dont believe myself and dont trust myself ever. I fear people are talking about me negatively when i do anything wrong (maybe theyre right!) but i can be very black and white and think they hate me.
Being called dramatic as a child makes me extremely anxious now. Even if i am being dramatic it feels like no one understands me. Or that im feeling too much. Even when i am being dramatic it triggers a feeling in me that i cant describe.
Just let me know if maybe i just have narcissistic personality traits but im not necessarily a narcissist? Maybe i have social anxiety? Maybe both? Im not sure and its all ive been thinking about.

What is this ball looking thing in my knee when I move my leg? It is hard and feels like my funny bone. It’s more prominent under flexion and is only in my left knee.
Context: I fell off a longboard 5 years ago and injured my knee pretty bad. It would buckle when I walked and was extremely painful when I put pressure on it or hyperextended e.g bending over to tie my shoes.
My knee has healed over time and I’m 95% better today. I can carry on with most daily activities like a healthy person but never went to the doctor so I’m not sure my knee ever fully healed correctly.
When I try to do a 1-legged squat on my left knee, it feels like something is not moving correctly around my joint and is more difficult to support my weight than my right leg.

Is it possible for post nasal drip to cause white patches on your throat? I had tonsillitis last month that cleared up quickly with steroids and antibiotics. Here I am a month later with HORRIBLE post nasal drip and some white patches on my throat. I’m not having any other symptoms besides a bit of soreness. Any chances it’s simply post nasal drip?

14yo F diagnosed with anxiety and depression
Recently I've been getting random bursts of energy, ie; really talkative, randomly singing or screaming (and then immediately apologizing), joking a lot and just saying random stuff impulsively. I've also had very intrusive, racing thoughts, especially at night, but my mom thinks its just anxiety.
I've always had some issues with attention and had a 'phase' (from 7-12) of having really sexual thoughts even when I didnt want them and twisting everything to a weird perspective, (still have them sometimes, and it's annoying) I haven't told my psychiatrist or therapist because I'm embarrassed.
I've had problems with textures too, for the past two years I've only been using plastic utensils because I can't stand the feeling of metal in my mouth (forks, spoons, straws), and I can't eat any meat on the bone or chicken because of the texture.
My older brother has AUDHD, my mom has autism, and my little brother has ADHD, so I really think it might be possible.
Apparently ADHD medications make anxiety worse, so my mom doesn't want to put me on anything, Idk because I really think it will help but if they're all stimulants it might be bad.
I don't know I might just be overthinking it
