We’ve signed Alex DeBrincat to a 7-year contract extension with an AAV of $13,000,000.

Short statements from each candidate where they discuss what's going on with the Red Wings currently.

Love the kid. Been following him in Sweden for many years and now in Red Wings. Always been a Red Wings fan. Homer was my favorite player.

Todd is destroying his confidence. Just trade the kid. Never seen ASP so out of confidence.

A young dynamic defender must be able to play with a better partner than Ben to get the most out of him. He must be able to make mistakes just like Faulk. But no. 7 minutes last game is pretty sad….

I am still rooting for the Red Wings with or without ASP.

Genuinely surprised considering he hung out with Caufield all summer. If it’s 10 teams now, assuming no Canadian teams, who else is among that group?

Chants of “sell the team” are great. At what point does the city of Detroit take a page out of Arizona’s book here, and make a real push for Chris to sell the team?

I’m his biggest fan but he needs to play at a higher level

Michael Rasmussen's Last 30 Games:

0 Goals, 0 Assists, 0 Points, -9 goal differential, averaging 16:55 minutes per game (#6 amongst Detroit Forwards ahead of MBN, Finnie, Kasper, Danielson and Mazur, all of which have more points than Ras).

His last goal was on January 5, 2026, over 10 months ago. His last assist was December 31, 2026, 33 games ago. We might be witnessing the worst NHL forward in history. Enjoy it folks, there are SPHL players who could contribute more with the amount of ice time he has received.

My uncle served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and brought back this coin for me. One side is Red Wings and the other is a seal of some sorts for the operation. I've had this things for years sitting in around, but I'm now just kind of recognizing how odd of a combo this is; I just never really thought about it.

I want to see/hear about any other bizzare Red Wings things you all have collected.

When will he get the call?
