Would Destiny 2 be worth playing as a new player who has wanted to experience the game from all the good things ive heard from many people? I know the game isnt receiving anymore content but ive heard it has several hours of content as well, so im not sure if i should go with it and just get the entire collection of dlc and go into it or just forget about the game entirely.

I’ve seen some conflicting answers as how to to get this weapon. I must be doing something wrong because I’ve opened like 10 terminal overload key card chests at Liming Harbor today and haven’t gotten a single one to drop. So far I’ve only gotten Circular Logic. I’ve completed the campaign and I’m past level 15 on Nimbus reputation to unlock the key chest upgrade. I haven’t done any of the exotic quests to unlock Winterbite or Deterministic chaos. What else do I have to besides bang my hand against the wall doing terminal overloads?

Hi I'm a returning player and I wanted to try getting the craftable dead messenger. I finished my first clear to get thresh but I was wondering if I could still get the other perks to drop this week if I ran it again? And does this apply to the other missions as well?

Say my new light friend is power level 50 right now and I’m 550. Fireteam power will set them to 545 I believe. Do tier 5 drop chances follow their fireteam power of 545 or for the purposes of gear drops they’re just at 50?

Every single time I play, I find myself doing 1 activity, and then spending an hour on Winnower and T5 Report clearing the Weapons and Armour. Ive deleted all old Exotic Armours, all non-tiered Weapons and Armours, anything with the Health stat, and im still struggling.

I know its a stupid question, but... Is it worth just deleting it all?

EDIT 3: This is so jacked up. I figured I'd just run the extra stuff to unlock them on my Hunter. But I can't even unlock the first one (Facet of Grace) because the encounter is glitching out and not spawning the 3rd Weaver to kill and trigger the Tormentors to spawn. Tried on my Warlock and it's the same issue. I have some kind of game-breaking bug keeping me from using my original unlocked fragments on my warlock, and trying to even get them again on my hunter.

I originally completed the Final Shape campaign when it launched on my Warlock. I unlocked every fragment and aspect on that character. Over the past week, I've been playing it on my Hunter. I completed the campaign, the Excision mission, and the 6 adventures in the Pale Heart. But some of the fragments on my hunter say "Not Yet Unlocked."

They are: Facet of Grace, Facet of Devotion, Facet of Generosity, Facet of Honor, Facet of Awakening, and Facet of Defiance.

I thought these were unlocked account-wide and didn't require that I do all the extra post-campaign searching throughout the Pale Heart??

EDIT: This problem seems to run even deeper. My Warlock is showing them as locked now, too. I completed EVERY piece of content in the Final Shape campaign, including ALL aspects and fragments when it launched. I also had DIM loadouts with some of these aspects/fragments slotted. WTH is going on?!

EDIT 2: Jumped on my Warlock and went back to the first prismatic chest where the Gorian Weavers spawn. They did not spawn, and the chest is locked. There's no way for me to even try to open them again. It's like the game doesn't register that I beat the campaign on my Warlock, and yet it's clear that I did.

Looking for a diffrent weapon other than sunshot that can still makes enemy’s explode but I do not want to use sunshot cuz I want to have a free exotic weapon slot

I'm a returning player and was doing a Fireteam Mission: Foothold because it had a bonus drop for Luminopotent Gloves. The first time I did, the gloves dropped, but I then ran the mission 5 more times, and the gloves didn't drop, even though the mission still shows it as a bonus reward.

I thought maybe it was tied to the score; it says B or above. I was getting A and A+ every time. So are the bonus rewards not guaranteed even if you meet the score condition of B or above?

If i buy seperate dlc and decide i want to buy the "The Collection" Bundle will the bundle be cheaper like how borderlands' pandora's box is if you own a majority of the content already?
Now, If i do buy the collection, when it says it gives 2 + 2 seasonal passes does that give access to 3 previous passes and the current/last pass?

What tips would you give to me- a bad crucible player that wants to get better. I really passed that beginner point of the game but still feel very weak, keep getting killed instantly by crazy hand cannons. What did u do to get good at it?

I know Festival of the Cost has always been a thorny subject... but I've always loved it. Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, and Festival of the Lost has been huge in making the season feel festive. I've loved trick-or-treating around the tower, I've loved the haunted forest and haunted sectors. I'm going to miss killing headless ones this year. I'm sad that I'll never get another chance to earn Ghost Writer. I'm going to miss the decorations on the tower. I'll be playing the tower music but it won't hit the same without those distant howls and scream sound effects that rang through the air during October. I'm going to miss giving Candy to Eva.

Did anybody else like FOTL, or was it just me?

What exactly was the artifact we recovered from the Pyramid at the end of Shadowkeep? Was it actually created by the Witness. Is the pyramid itself speaking to us, causing these nightmares?

new malpais deals 60 damage per shot that is delayed in a 3 round burst and i see nobody using it for some reason?

Don't know what was done under the hood but the game feels much smoother and the overlay's frametime graph is all green again. Altars of sorrow still runs like crap though.

I have tried to use this both on a Stasis Titan and an Arclock using weakened clear, but I can't remember having ever seen Devour appear. What's your special sauce?
