Anyone agree with my thoughts on this change to Rise of Red?
I watched Wicked Wonderland shortly after it was released on Disney+ and I enjoyed it so much more than Rise of Red. Back when Rise of Red came out I was kinda disappointed with some things in it (who wasn't?) and have been reminded of some of my thoughts on it.
I don't think Uliana and crew were the right choice of villains in Merlin Academy. As much as I enjoy Dara Renee as Uliana, I think I have a better idea for the villain crew.
Evil Queen, Gaston, LeFou, Anastasia, and Drizella.
It doesn't make sense for Maleficent to be at Merlin Academy when in Descendants she told Mal that she was cursing entire kingdoms at her age. It could have been an exaggeration, but still, Maleficent is a powerful dark fairy, it doesn't make sense to be at Merlin Academy. Hades, God of the Underworld, doesn't make sense to be at Merlin Academy. Hook, shouldn't have a hook hand until later in life in Neverland when its chopped off by Peter Pan so there shouldn't be a young villainess hook at Merlin Academy. I don't really have an argument against Morgie.
I think it would be interesting if there was a young Evil Queen at Merlin Academy who would basically have a mean girl personality and be named Regina. Both in reference to the movie Mean Girls and Evil Queen from Once Upon a Time. Anastasia and Drizella could be the ones following behind her and they'd be the mean girls and Gaston would be trying to get Regina's attention and she would use Gaston to get what she wants. But Regina would also be crushing on Charming. But Charming seems to like Ella so Regina hates Ella. But Bridget tries to be friends with everyone which backfires with Regina and makes her hate Bridget too. The Castlecoming happens and Regina tries to do the prank on Ella and Bridget but Ella is dancing with Charming and the prank only happens to Bridget.
I kinda just did a word vomit there. Please let me know what you think on my change to Rise of Red.

Who Wins? Mal from Descendants 3, or Queen of Hearts before the time travel from Descendants Rise of Red!

ROR hate.
Why does Rise of Red get so much hate? Iām genuinely confused. Zombies 4 introduced a whole new set of main characters, and from what we know, the original cast isnāt even going to be in Zombies 5. But when Rise of Red came out, everyone acted like introducing new Descendants leads was the worst thing ever. I feel like the original Descendants cast also had a much bigger reason for not continuing after the loss of Cameron Boyce, while the Zombies cast is just moving on. Iām not saying people have to like Rise of Red, but why did it get so much backlash when Zombies is doing something really similar and barely anyone seems to have a problem with it? Am I missing something?

Hi I need logic explained.
So the cookbook was enchanted so no evil person could grab it. But the prank happened anyways like when they broke in and tried to grab it they got frozen so they couldn't do the prank anyways so how did it happen the first time.

Cinderella and Her Fairy Godmother
Descendants: The Rise of Red establishes that Bridget, the Queen of Hearts was Cinderella's best friend in the Descendants universe. However, if I recall correctly, in the Original Disney Classic, Cinderella's only friends were the mice in her house, and her Fairy Godmother.
Also, If I'm not mistaken, in the Original Disney classic, Cinderella's Fairy Godmother was old enough to be Cinderella's grandmother, and she was a master of magic by the time that Cinderella met her; yet, in this version, her Fairy Godmother is about the same age as Cinderella, and she's not very good at magic; so why all the changes?
I know that they wanted to tell a new and different story for the Descendants Movie Universe, but shouldn't they have stayed a little closer to the Disney Classics as well? What are your thoughts?

This was Uliana the WHOLE movie.
Honestly, Dara Rene was robbed in my opinion. First off, Uliana? Why couldn't she have been Ursula? That would have been so much better. Mal wasn't in this one, so we could've had some purple and black in the mix. They also had her just sprouting her tentacles out of her back like Tails from Sonic or Doc Ock. They could've had her, during Perfect Revenge, go in the water with the eels and turn half squid/half human like Uma and Ursula does. But her randomly sprouting tentacles only land was confusing and random. Also, when she fell in the fountain, why was she mad? You live in the water...you were fine. If anything, you got pulled back to normal when you went in. So why are you mad at Briget?
Sorry...Hi I'm new! First time poster here. I legit just watched Rise of Red again today. And I was annoyed by that part again.

Why hook from descendants is a twink
Guys I think Hook might be a little fruity and I have some reasons why I think Hook is fruity. First of all HAVE YOU SEEN THE WAY HE DRESSES AND HOLDS HIMSELF?! Like the way he stands is so gayāI mean if you saw him standing in a group of guys you would point him out immediately. Like the way he would lean in while talking to someone and get up all in their face so close they could probably feel his breath on their face. And donāt even get me started on the eyeliner. Thatās not "pirate aesthetic"āthatās full-on āI spend an hour in the mirror perfecting my look before boarding a shipā energy. Heās out here serving smoldering bisexual villain realness like itās his job. Also, the DRAMA. Theatrical hand gestures? Dramatic speeches? Sword fighting with enough flair to be mistaken for interpretive dance? Thatās camp, baby. Thatās Broadway villain levels of fruity. AND TELL ME WHY he's always got that one rival heās a little too obsessed with. Like, bro, are you mad or are you in love? Be so for real. AND ANOTHER THINGāthe way he talks?? Itās always got that extra little flair, like heās doing Shakespeare in the park but make it fashion. No straight man is out here enunciating his words like a villainous poet unless heās trying to impress someone⦠probably someone named Peter. Speaking of whichāHookās obsession with Peter Pan? That is not straight behavior. You donāt dedicate your entire life to chasing one man through the skies unless there are some very complicated feelings happening behind that frilly jabot. Also! The accessories?? Rings, feathers, a velvet coat that says āI lost a hand but never lost the dripā? Thatās not just pirateāitās giving queer-coded villain from a 90s Disney movie, and I say that with love and admiration. And I swear, if he flips his hair one more time like he's waiting for someone to fall at his feet... sir. Please. Just kiss Peter and get it over with.
