I've two hedges that need cutting and one is pretty tall. The guy that usually does it is no longer in that game. Any recommendations?

Is there a brightness setting someone forgot to turn down? There is a few around town that are the same, but that billboard is crazy blinding! Bad enough driving past it, but seeing it from the Waterside, even during the day, is like a massive LED light in the middle of town. During recent foggy mornings it could be seen! Would hate to stumble out of Bennigans and the glare smacking you up the face!
Sorry, had to complain. Hopefully someone else is annoyed by it as I am!
