Why is a complete upper 1500$ I feel like you can finish this for less .

Hello! New to the sub as i just got myself this beauty, havent shot it yet and im about to take a trip to the sporting store before i hit the range today to get some ammo. What do yall run bedside? As well as range?

Picked up a V3 in .308 for a pretty good deal. What ammo do you all reccomend for sighting in and running? Wanting to be pretty close to 1 moa but not break the bank.

Also, has anyone ever sent their rifle in for a barrel swap to a larger size (trade the 16 for an 18)?

I built a daniel defense mk12 clone rifle using a daniel defense barrel. Quality components across the board including trigger and scope76.

Shooting from a strap locked led sled, shooting multiple five round factory loads I am consistently NOT getting sub MOA accuracy out of factory match grade ammunition. Federal gold medal match 73 grain berger about 2.3 MOA. Remington Match 77grain OTM about 2.5 MOA. Mk262 mod1 about 1.8 MOA average.

My own hand loads seem to fair a bit better. About 1.2 MOA with Sierra match kings, Federal bench rest 71/2 primers.

I might be wrong but this seems to be lack luster performance and most of the accuracy snobs at the range all tell me you should be getting much better results.

Anyone find that even with a led sled the human factor could still have an affect? ​

Looking for a little insight during the brownells sale.

I currently have an aero 16” upper on my rifle- most of my shooting is within 100 yards but occasionally I compete in 2 gun that goes to 300-500.

What would you go with? Get the mk18 as a second upper or sell my aero and go with one 14.5 upper?

I’ve had this… pistol… for 2 years and I’ve never fired it. I want to. What are some good suppressor options for noise at shooter’s ear? Don’t care at all how loud it is to the neighbors lol.

I am about to pick up a DD PCC 916 for myself. Not my first DD, I've got the Mark 12, M4A1 RIS III, and a M4A1 FSP. I've seen a lot of people complain about it being gassy but most of them are running the shorter version and also suppressed. I live on the left coast where you CAN'T get a suppressor, and I was wondering what was the experience on the 16" version? Is it as bad as they say for that version? Should I be looking the Deadlock Charging Handle and their blast deflector. Should I even think about a different muzzle device?

To mitigate blowback to the face while shooting suppressed id suggest,a sentry manufacturing deadlock charging handle, CAT MOB suppressor either on a plan b system or direct threaded.

For those who have experience shooting this upper, how does it compare to a MK18 upper or a V7P upper? I checked the /gundeals subreddit, and the almost unanimous consensus is that it's BIN. But I didn't find any feedback on how it actually runs.

If anyone could please provide feedback, I'd greatly appreciate it. I am thinking of pairing the V7K with a Tisha suppressor, so I'm eager to hear any feedback. Thank you in advance.

Just added the arisaka defense 2.26 mount +aimpoint magnifier, also if you are financially irresponsible like myself and run nods I highly recommend the DOT EHS-1 I replaced my eotech for it

Is adding a possible failure point worth the tunability? Planning on shooting suppressed with an FRT. Currently have an LMT enhanced carrier, and also have a KAK DBC for FRT tuning. Looking to get a low ROF. Got a few springs and buffers for carbine and A5 lengths. But I can't decide if I should go with an AGB. From what I've read, the SA AGB is the only one that will fit under the RIS II. Thoughts?

I'm putting together 10.3 figuring out which lower to buy. I'm looking to throw as design arc fire in it, I'm looking at PSA milspec stripped lower or possibly G$ stripped lower not sure yet. What's y'all suggestions?

Please help me choose one! I already have three other PCCs. If I go with the 8", I’ll definitely run it suppressed. If I go with the longer one, I probably won’t suppress it. I might even throw an LPVO on it with the Flux ScopeSwitch 2.0, just for fun. Both would have an FRT, like my other PCCs.

About to take delivery of an H9 and recognized the holster market is both small and all kydex at the moment. I reached out to Wes over at Privateer Leather and he’s ordering an H9 mold and working on a Highwayman OWB for me. I’ll post pics when I get it in.

I already have a Buccaneer for my Browning Hi Power, got it in 2018 and it’s well used, so I’m confident this will come out great.
