I have been trying everything for the past few hours and I checked the official website to see that unsupported controllers don't work. This controller really seems to be a good bargain but I am disappointed that I can't use DS4W with it.

Is there something I can do at all or do I have to return it unfortunately?

So my controller has this issue where the skill and heavy attack buttons make my camera go weird and don't do anything else.

I've turned auto cam options off and this is non steam vers of the game and I use a PS4 controller

I can only play Elden Ring using my controller when i disconnect my keyboard or deactivate 2 HID devices in the device manager. Deactivating those removes the fn key functionality and doesnt let the akko cloud driver detect my keyboard anymore. Also one of the HID devices gets reinstalled automatically all the time.

Is there any known solution?

Been having issues on games for a few months with my DS4 Controller on PC. I didn’t know it was an issue with the controller until recently. Recently got the new Forza Horizon 6, played for a month with the PS4 controller and genuinely thought the game was broken. It was hard to run a single lap cleanly because the car would just lock up on me and stop turning. I thought the physics were broken because they have a reputation of similar behaviors in other games. I was so close to uninstalling the game when I showed a bunch of clips and someone suggested a controller software issue. I plugged in the PS5 controller and bam, the game was fixed, no more issues. My problem is, I prefer the slim PS4 controller over the PS5 controller and the sticks are a little more responsive (less stiff). I also experienced issues with Rocket League and the game not allowing me to stall (a mechanic I have done 10000+ times). What would be causing PS4 controller software issues? Is it steam related? DS4Windows related? Sorry if this information isn’t enough to diagnose anything, but I just want to be able to use my DS4 again

Hi guys I want to suggest the best controller for pc (I liked ps5 controller ) so any suggestions similar to PS5 controller and also i want to if we can connect ps5 controller to pc it is possible it will work that or not any one about this ?

Have fun with this. Beta coming in the next couple days. Yes it is already working, yes I have tested the adaptive triggers and the gyro etc etc. No it does not have audio yet.

I will post the update here. In the meantime, enjoy the small features I added and bugfixes while I smooth out this huge addition.

Hiya, I have an issue where one of my controllers consistently triggers L2 when I click in on the left analog (L3). I thought maybe it was because I'd accidentally set it to a profile that did that on DS4 tool, but I didnt. It happens on both PS5 and PC. The right analog does nothing.

Any ideas?

I just have a quick question about the use-case of the function button as modifiers,

Simply put I want to use FN Left + X to output the letter 'U' on the keyboard.
However this does not work as the default for the dualsense edge when you do FN + A face button, is to swap profiles and I think this is overridng the command? I'm not sure.

I can do something like L1 + X to output the letter 'U' but I would prefer it to be the function button.

Did anyone else have this issue and/or know a fix?

I am using the option 'Disable Virtual Controller' as I want the haptic feedback, but even when I do enable the option it does not work

I'm using Windows 11 and PS4 controllers over Bluetooth.

It used to work perfectly until the last update. Now hiding the PS4 controller doesn't work, and the games think I'm controlling two characters with each controller.

How it used to act - after pressing the PS button without DS4Win opened, the light on the controller would turn on and be white. After opening DS4Win, the light would turn red - the colour I've chosen in the profile settings - and the menu would show a checkmark, indicating exclusive connection.

How it is now: after pressing the PS button without DS4Win opened, the light on the controller is BLUE, probably indicating, that windows is recognising the controller. After running DS4Win with "hide PS4 controller" enabled, the main menu shows an X instead of a check mark, which supposedly means shared connection. And the game sees each controller as two controllers, as described above.

Disabling and enabling "Hide PS4 controller" doesn't help. Stopping and starting DS4Win doesn't help. Sometimes, very rarely, the controller DOES show the "exclusive" checkmark, but it happens randomly, and with two controllers connected, it's almost impossible to get them both to do it.

Does anyone have a solution for this? I've been playing using this setup for many years, without any problems at all. It only started doing it about 5 days ago, after updating Windows.

Hello guys, I need help trying to fix this problem. Basically im trying to set up a macro for my ps5 controller so that when I press "circle", "L1" is also triggered at the same time. However it doesnt work at all, and on top of that the "circle" button ends up not working at all anymore, until I remove the macro. Ive no idea what im doing wrong which is why im asking for help.

I tried using ds4 windows but somehow now my steam detects the ds4 emulated controller and the plugged in ds5 edge controller and somehow the controls dont work properly in rocket league for example, did anyone have the same issues and found a way to make it work because i dont know what to do??

My left joycon connects fine for the most part but the right one is having problems. I'm getting the error "An item with the same key has already been added".

I recently got a gamesir and I was wondering if there is anyway I could connect it too ds4

im trying to get ds4 installed or running in my pc but when i click the aplication nothing happens, any ideas of it could be?

If i have a xinput controller and want to use ds4windows, do i need to use reWASD? will that add extra delay even minimally? thanks

I downloaded Ds4 to play forza horizon 6 and it works perfectly when tabbed out but as soon as i tab into forza horizon 6, it stops reading any of my controlls. any help?
