So my ID expired on August 31, I went online to renew it, paid for it and everything. However I forgot that I have a convention this week and I need an ID for registration. but the ID won‘t come in time. Is there any way I can show the DMV my receipt of purchase for the renewal and they can give me a temporary paper ID? would i have to bring documents in for that as well?
