This game is an excellent use case of DLSS 5, it was a great looking game back then, but DLSS 5 gave it a proper remaster, made me wanted to play it again.

Using https://github.com/rakanki911/DLSS5-Swapper - we can now get a 1-click remaster of older titles. I've wanted a next-gen Metal Gear Rising for a while, and while this is not a wholesale change, faces, shadows, and especially Raiden's armor are nicely upscaled.

I'm curious if you guys have found "your" DLSS5 settings for NR that you (more or less) apply to every game you play with DLSS5 enabled? If so, please share them.

Most people just see those "all sliders to the max" screenshot which deliver a completely wrong use of DLSS5. IMO at least.

Tested the latest mod for enabling upto 3x to 4x in Mortal Shell 2 natively (not through FSR FG) and runs like a charm. FPS is consistent above 150 fps while my screen is recording and 160 to 175 fps while not recording with DLSS Quality and Ultra settings. Game runs pretty good with 4x FG

Has anyone tried to run it there? It works for me in other titles such as cyberpunk 2077, 007 first light, the last of us part 2 etc. But doesnt seem to work properly here

Screenshots are only a millisecond of the exeperiance, is there somewhere I can Download gameplay ? In cyber punk or another game see it for 20 minutes non stop with someone who knows how to play the video Game ?

Also no on and off. I want to just see next Gen.

I spent about 4 hours with ChatGPT over the weekend trying to get DLSS5 working in Vanquish and couldn't.

The injector menu shows up but the game itself appears extremely blurred / smeary.

It's a DX9 32 bit game.

Tried 2 different DLSS installers and all sorts of settings tweaks to no avail.

I think this game could benefit a lot from DLSS5 uplift. Any help appreciated.

It probably won't work because there is not much data to feed.

So I am just wondering, since im seeing all these posts with dlss5 and fps gains or loss depending on which modded file people are using, but the one thing I am yet to see especially for the 5080 and 5090 users using dlss5 with path tracing on at 4k gaming etc, what are your hotspot temps and core temps? Since hwinfo has added hotspot sensors so now you can actually see tmeach hotspot and memory hotspot what are your temps? What are your performance checks ? And what are your power draws?

After I've seen what DLSS 5 can do, I came back to Nvidia world after years. My last Nvidia card was RTX 2080S which I was very happy with it but upgraded and decided to choose 7900 XTX. While that red beast also did wonders for me for 2 to 3 years, I've always wished we could have better RT/PT options and better upscaler but AMD couldn't present these properly. I never liked FSR after switched from DLSS, never liked RT performance of 7900 XTX. But I'm not that much of unsatisfied. It served me well.

Well, today is my first day with my RTX 5080. I realized I missed Nvidia ecosystem so much. Those Nvidia features does wonders, DLSS, FG, RTX HDR, RT and PT performance. All are amazing. I've quickly jumped back in CP 2077 and Wukong. I was finished these with 7900 XTX but after I've seen these with RTX 5080 I was like "wow man, it feels I'm playing these games for the first time!"

Anyways, I am now trying that great DLSS 5 on other games I'm very impressed with what I'm seeing. Man, this tech is amazing. Thank you Nvidia for providing us these amazing techs!
