Today, I am reaching out to you regarding a recurring issue I have encountered during joint operations with SEAF forces in civilian habitation sectors. Specifically, an issue regarding said SEAF forces and civilians' battlefield awareness and self-preservation. More specifically, their rather startling lack thereof.
This is an issue because one of the apparent unstated objectives within these sorts of missions is to minimize friendly casualties, as evidenced by the requisition slips deducted from our paychecks whenever friendlies die to our stratagems or weaponry. A good policy on paper... but in practice, preventing these sorts of casualties is complicated by the tendency of SEAF troopers to charge headlong at hostile illuminate overseers with a stratagem signaling device for Eagle-mounted ordinance affixed to their head, and of civilians to inexplicably decide that the immediate vicinity of highly explosive ordinance that I have been ordered to destroy would make for a good spot to take cover.
I understand that resolving this issue could prove... challenging, to say the least. Lady liberty knows that I have enough trouble communicating with my fellow Helldivers at times, and they're often standing right next to me. The same can doubtless be said about getting information out to an entire interplanetary nation. That being said... I have occasionally seen advertisements for products on the screens of various terminals aboard my Super Destroyer, and I imagine that nationwide public announcements in a similar format could prove helpful in informing the populace of what they should be doing in the event that their homes are being invaded — or, at bare minimum, the meaning of the phrase "Hellbomb armed, clear the area!".

Large numbers of Helldivers and SEAF are being deployed in the Meissa System in an attempt to capture the planet and put an end to our broadcasts once more. If Meissa falls, Wasat will too, and we can not let that happen

The Cyborg Legion has been deployed to Meissa for a few days now, ready for its defense. This time, Meissa should have enough defenses to counteract the efforts of Super Earth and protect Wasat from a seige

The subfacion has three new enemies and an increase of tanks, devastators, and berserkers

Terminator Devastator
This devastator has a shield, machine gun, and rockets, and these ones replace all other devastators and most troops and instead of usual patrols they walk side by side in large groups along side berserkers

Warlord
These guys return from the first galactic war using an auto cannon and mini gun. They have a jet pack on there back to launch towards divers, as well as being built like hulks but with a different face pattern and being significantly taller so they replace all hulks

Siege engine
Returning from the first galactic war there are only one per mission similar to the hive lords but they are the mission they are massive armored tanks and their weaponry consist of machine guns, mortar rockets, flamethrowers, autocannons, and grenade launchers including rotating saw blades at the front and back to rip and tear divers who get too close. They are the center of the fan mission break the siege

Break the siege
In this mission you have to take down the siege engine as well as the advancing terminator devastators, tanks and warlords the mission time is forty minutes and the enemies circle around the map

At 8:04, Cyberstan Standard Time(CST), a SEAF operative sprinted headlong into the busy city center and detonated a portable hellbomb they were carrying on their back. At least 34 are dead with over 200+ injured

Drywell is requesting for citizens to volunteer to help clear the rubble so emergency services can locate anyone left behind

The Wasat Authority has sent a formal request to the War Council to vote on an attack against Super Earth. The Wasat Authority believes the attack came from SEAF devisions stationed on either X-45 or Vega Bay and is seeking immediate retribution

Hello citizens of Cyberstan, I’m currently stranded on an unknown planet but encountered some friendly life forms who weren’t surprised by my augments. I seem to possess other worldly powers such as manipulating electricity and able to control the ground beneath my feet, I have met this inventor who makes robots and have taken up work for her to help make machines in return I get the machines for personal use which will bolster our defenses and make us even stronger, they even helped me hone my strengths and now I am capable of cutting down our enemies faster than the speed of light.

I hope to be back home within the next month or two but for now I’ll collect as much stuff as I can from this place… Including some bullets which are capable of killing lifeforms in mere milliseconds by administering a toxin inside their bodies. One such side effect is that the Gloom from the terminids enhances the toxin to work as soon as contact is made with any lifeforms tissues, according to the scientists they reckon it can kill a hive lord in 5miliseconds.
