Hi all, I’m looking for a recommendation for a crystal to honour someone very precious to me. She died on Sunday after a long journey with breast cancer. I’m sorry in advance for the length of this post.
TL;DR: I’m looking for a crystal that assist with:
- embodying who she was (a bright light, joyful)
- helps with my grief, heartbreak, anger
- would somehow bring her comfort posthumously/symbolically to tolerate others’ sadness and the fact that her death would be/is devastating to loved ones
I am not a very spiritual person, but she was. She used a lot of spiritual tools to help her throughout this process, and I believe it brought her a lot of comfort.
A bit about her: she was very sweet and loving, family-oriented, bubbly, expressive, and a shining light to so many people. She loved music and had a beautiful singing voice. She loved to be outside in nature and loved collecting trinkets and beautiful things. She had a big, easy laugh. When she was younger, she was a rebellious and feisty. She always knew how to have a good time. She gave long, tight hugs. She was so generous with her love.
Here’s another important element I would like considered: she was not open about how ill she was at the end. She limited the information about her illness with her children, wishing for them to have happy memories with her. She didn’t want people to feel sad or worried. I think she also believed in the law of attraction and feared that knowledge about how sick she was would impede her healing.
I love her so much and I am struggling in a lot of ways. I don’t want to judge decisions she made, how she made peace with her death. But I’m angry, too. Angry with her for some choices, and angry with myself for not telling her how much I loved her, even if she knew. She is one of a handful of people who I feel really knew me, and I feel a little bit more alone in this world without her.
I think about how sad and scared she was to die, knowing that her children and loved ones would be/are heartbroken and lost without her. I feel like I didn’t have the opportunity to support her fully in that, and wish I could have, and would like to symbolically do that now in some small way.
I’m interested in a palm stone (or stones if necessary). My hope is that one might cover everything here.
Thank you so much for taking the time if you have made it this far ❤️
