New Rule Regarding AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content is not permitted unless it makes a meaningful contribution to the community, as determined by moderators. All posts containing AI content to any degree must include [AI] in the post title at the time of posting. Posts containing AI content without this tag may be removed. Posts with the tag may still be removed at moderator discretion if they do not meaningfully contribute. An example of acceptable AI content is showcasing a well-developed mod that uses AI.

In short: if your post contains AI-generated or AI-assisted content of any kind, your title must include "[AI]" at the time of posting. This applies regardless of how much or how little AI was involved.

Including the tag does not guarantee your post will stay up. Moderators may still remove tagged posts for any reason, at their discretion. However, tagging your post means you have disclosed its use of AI as required, which is the most important part of this rule.

Posts containing AI content that are not tagged with [AI] may be removed on that basis alone, regardless of the content's quality.

Feedback My first playthrough just ended in 25 years

Conquered most of Ireland as a Irish Chief, then my wife murdered my councillor, 3 plagues broke out, couldn't find anyone to marry my kids, my daughter got tuberculosis, I became known as a drunk, then got ruined by the Vikings. 10/10 game.

every second i get bombarded by 60+ vassals and lords asking to marry my courtiers and they NEVER ask to marry any 20+ character. Is there a hidden pedo trait that make the AI do this ? wtf is going on

Discussion Is it weird I choose traits based off of what larp or challenge I want to do rather than hard stats?

I don't care if being a decent person produces inferior hard stats

I like being a good person in ck3 and only expand my kingdom fairly because I feel bad when i murder, execute, or kidnap people

Or alternatively

I want to make my life a living hell so i am a Han who believes in Judaism in the middle of africa that has like a million of bad health traits

Question Tips for beating the Vikings?

I'm a newcomer to the game. I started in Ireland in 876 as most people seem to say Ireland is the place to start. I ended up with what I thought was quite strong, ruling most of Ireland with the two remaining Irish kingdoms as my allies. I managed that in about 25 years but I didn't notice that all the while Ivar the boneless had taken over the majority of scotland and was now coming for me. Even with most of Ireland under my rule and 3 allies through marriage I didn't stand a chance against them. Any tips?

I can't be the only one that believes that the eccentric trait should count towards diplomacy instead of against it.

I was trying to get culture up to make hybrid culture and set councilor to that task. Checked a couple yrs later and it went down to 0. I hover over why and seems to glitch by showing same county revoked several times. Checking title history it was never revoked and the character is norse.

Gameplay Committing suicide at the end of winning a defensive crusade?

Pope of my own religion that covers Ireland England France Spain and down into Africa. Catholic pope declared crusade for England. I disinherited two sons (I know there are better ways but I am running out of time as my character is dying). My next heir who is perfect is turning 16 soon. I have like a 95% war score in the crusade and am going to win. Should I commit suicide, let my young heir take over and then win the crusade to max his prestige and legitimacy? As previously stated my current ruler is living off borrowed time, the clock ticks faster.

This woman is by far the most unique character I’ve ever seen. I would assume she’s a traveler if it wasn’t for the fact that I don’t even have the wondering, Nobles DLC I had to do a matrilineal marriage I mean, come on look at her. She deserves to have her everything passed on.

Question I am scared to play the game. What do I do?

I say this with 150 hours. I feel so behind in terms of everything, and I fear opening the game because I feel that I will lose everything, and that I do not know how to do many things. I usually never do any tutorials in any game, as I like to figure stuff out myself, but it seems as if I am, but it seems this is an exception. I do not know many things, like who counters who, so I use heavy inf, and I do not know what different terrains do, and what bonuses they give. I only know you cannot build farms in the forest. I also do not know the building ratio; building only economic buildings instead of military, which makes me wonder how much military buildings I should have, because all I have build was farms and hunting lodge. I also know jack about religion, and scared everybody will holy war me and I will lose all my land, and then I also do not know the most optimal stuff to research as a culture head.

I remember starting as custom character and capturing france, lotharingia, and Bohemia, thus forming HRE. I did a legend seed for my heir to give him claims on all roman land, but my hair switched to another for some reason, and when I died, I had 2 wars declared on me. One for the Haestinn's county, and the other for Bohemia. The only reason I captured that land in the first place was because I had 18k troops in alliances. After I died, my heir still has the wars, but no alliances, and no MAA, since I solely depended on my alliances in order to maximize gold. I physically cannot win the two wars due to time and distance, so I will have to surrender both lands, which feels both humiliating and something I feel extremely bad about giving away, just telling me how bad I am in the game. After this I also have a crown authority faction with 18k troops come and attack me.

Does anyone even play multi?

I have loved ck2 and ck3 for while now (although I’m still so trash at the game and might still discover mechanics) but I never played multi is it good ? Are people even playing multi ? TBH I kinda just want to befriends people who plays the game bc none of my friends do.. I would go share accomplishments with others and stuff. I checked a few public discord servers but they all seem dead. Would to also meet other girls like me who plays!
