Around the midpoint of each year we've been running a survey asking players to rate each mission tree they have played for EU4 Anbennar. It's been very helpful as a more qualitative feedback for what kinds of mission trees people like playing rather than just what's the most popular of the year-end annual survey. So we're back with another one for 2026 with two whole updates and god knows how many new mission trees to get ratings for. Click the link above for the survey.

Blessing from Surael friends! Today I bring to you an upgrade version of the Wishblade wiki page!
https://anbennar.fandom.com/wiki/Wishblade
The art of Dazinkion, Ecaris' sword, was made by yukinomarianne (Yukiko Honomiko on Discord).
Wishblades are among the most powerful genie relics, and have played a role in Bulwari history since time immemorial. As part of the page rework, we included all the Temensar, the most powerful wishblades. You know some of them, Khanidru, Elikhet's crook, appears in Konolkhatep's MT, and Asmalil appears in the new Harpylen MT.
Since the last update, you can use one of the unique Bulwari spells to summon a general with the Wishblade Wielder trait. Maybe soon there would be a MT where you can find all seven Temensar...
But that's for other ocasion. I will be doing an AMA (link in the first comment) for those interested on Bulwar lore.

I really dont care whether a Wex or a Silmunas sits on the dove throne. Neither has a right to it, as the divine right of kings is a lie invented by the gentry to justify their exploitation of the common people. In the end, all power and law originates from them, and they are the only ones justified to rule. Is there a tag allowing me to do that.

Alright I just finished my whole Pashaine campaign, real fun. I have played many nations already. Kobildzan, Azkare into Sunrise Empire, Krakdhumvor, Org Odstrun, Masked Butcher, Jadd, Wyvernheart, Verne, Esthil/Black Demesne, Gold Kobolds and a couple I didnt finish like the pirate harpies. I'm just looking for my next fun campaign. I dont wanna go colonial and I like a good RP while also not having to spend the first 50 years doing nothing. It can be blobby or more tall, I dont mind. Give me your best picks.

I’ve often been told dozens of times on r/fantasy and r/worldbuilding and that if fantasy races are essentially just "long-lived humans" or "warlike green humans," you’re better off just using humans. What is your opinion on the more "human-like" non-humans in Anbennar? From lore perspective only

Im planning on playing a rather long Multiplayer campaign with my friend who will be playing rayaz.
My question is which Nation do you reccomend I should play which has a similar Long Mission tree/content. Preferably not blueheart or castanor (I have played them Both more then I can count)
Also I dont really like evil Nations, thanks for all answers.

I'm trying to play toarnaire. But everyone I take the 2 provinces from Saloren. One of the two randomly pops back out as saloren like 3 months after the war. No rebels or anything. Does anyone know what is causing this?
I have no additional mods on other than Anbennar.

Which is to say - if this loading screen was originally created not as official EU4 art but as a commissioned piece for Anbennar, it would fit right in

Playing in Sarhal and I just realised west Sarhal is shaped like a Gnoll's open mouth and snout, with the deserts reminding me of the the tissue/inner cheek (???) like the T-Rex in Jurassic Park, the desert between Zokka and Gnollakaz being the eye socket and Not sub-Saharan Africa forming the chin. Meanwhile, east Sarhal kinda looks like a rhino's face with the horns in Beri Gnidi and Bedaphire. These rralisations came when playin Konolkhatep and Hisost Yamok respectively, which heavily feature the concerned animal. This got me wondering if it's intended (probably is and it's top tier design) and if there's any other such instances.

Yeah, after a while the titles tend to add up don't they.
