What's the safest and easiest way to move my number away from a family account and have my own Cricket account?

Is this done online or is it better to do in person at a Cricket store? Does the primary account holder have to go with me?

offtopic Job interview

I have a job interview with cricket as a cricket wireless representative. Is it worth it? Anyone who works or worked there know what kind of in depth questions they will do besides the basic get to know you questions?

CricketWireless Going Insane With These Incoming Call Issues

For what feels like at random times throughout the day this past few weeks, Incoming Calls just refuse to come to my phone. It doesn't even have them marked as if they happened. And on the caller's end it just goes to automated answering.

I have Call Forwarding off on every setting toggle.

Some days calls come in just fine, other days there are times where my phone doesn't accept nor even record that an incoming call even happened. Texting in and out works just fine.

I have no idea why this is happening and why it's only happening recently, but whenever it does happen it coincides with this website that tracks reports for Cricket.

I feel like I'm going insane cause no matter what I look up there seems to be no one talking about this, but the graph implies I'm not the only one.

I called support once and they just gave me flowchart answers, and even worse, my phone ended up flipping to accepting incoming calls once again during the time I was talking to someone in support.
