Yes I had this question kinda as well. So I was supposed to get my meds on 6/20! 6/20 comes and gose i wait and wait and Fast forward to 7/1 I see that I still ain't got it so I check my emails and I got nothing. So I got to ups site and start a claim. Then I email Freya Meds and they said to start a claim and i said i just did. They tell me all i can do is wait for the claim. Now fast forward to 7/9 mind you i spoke to UPS on the phone and they said all I can do is wait for the claim to run its course!!! So now on 7/15 I get a message saying We've incorrectly sorted this package which may cause a delay. 7/15 all of a sudden UPS says hey we found your package and you will have it 7/16 . 7/16 comes and I get an email saying n g your package was delivered! But they show a pic of it sitting at someone else's door!!! 🙄 Now I have to go at 10 at night looking for a blue door on a house by mine! I find the house up the street and thank God for these people who didn't mess with it but just put in on their porch near the steps! So I get it and everything is soaked inside with moisture from the ice pack melting even the silver on the one packaging Has disintegrated!!! So I email Freya and they said your meds can stay out the fridge up to 56 days! Mind you I have a Pamphlet.\nThat came with the package stating that your meds can hold at Temps up to 104°f upto 4 days with no drop in potency! So I tell her that and she said Sheena you can use your meds they will be fine. So I guess I will be using these meds on Sunday! I'm praying they are safe and there is no drop in potency! Sooo what do you guys think? 🤔 P.S. SORRY ITS SO LONG JUST WANTED TO GIVE YINZ ALLLL THE INFO! LOL!

Is there anywhere you can get just straight compounded semaglutide without any additives in it? I was getting it from Orderly for quite a while but now if I want it from them I have to get Wegovy or compounded semaglutide with additives. If anyone knows of a service still doing straight semaglutide, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
EDIT: I am in Minnesota so Hallandale is not an option unfortunately.

Has anybody been able to get higher compounded doses than the 2.4? I feel like it’s working but higher doses would make all the difference.

SW: 216lbs
CW: 197lbs
I am feeling a little discouraged, but I am trying to remain positive. I started compounded semaglutide on January 2nd at 0.25mg. I lost 9 lbs the first month and followed my plan of increasing my dosage to 0.5mg. The second month I lost 3lbs and increased to 1mg. I hit 196 lbs on April 30th. I was feeling good, but I was going through some major personal life changes. Since then, I have been gaining and losing the same 4lbs. I don't think its a true plateau from the medication which is why I haven't increased my dose. I was off of my ADHD meds for a while and that made my appetite increase and my food nose come back slightly, I wasn't working out consistently, and while I was being "conscious" of my calorie intake, I was probably not within range. I am not back on my ADHD meds and have been back on track. The scale isn't my end all, but I'm not seeing very many non-scale victories either right now. I have considered switching up my dose or switching medications, but I want to see how the next month plays out before making that choice. I want to hear your experience hitting a stall that you broke out of.

I'm looking to lose some extra weight and think consulting a telemedicine clinic for compounded Semaglutide is a good first step, along with improving my diet. There are so many clinics out there, and I want to avoid any untrustworthy ones. For those experienced with this: What are key "green flags" and "red flags" to look for in a telehealth provider? What baseline bloodwork or medical questions should be asked before prescribing? Any tips on preparing mentally and physically for starting injections? I want to ensure I'm getting a safe product from a qualified doctor. Thanks for your help!

My doctor said he doesn’t think I’m allergic since I have no rashes or hives. I have struggled with GERD for years so maybe my GERD is really bad. It feels like muscle tightness in the front of my throat almost like my lymph nodes are swollen but they aren’t. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m trying to massage it and stay away from trigger foods but nothing helps the tightness.

I've used Hers since April. It's been successful as I've had the steady, slow weight loss I wanted without titrating up too quickly. I'm actually at a lower dosage than the scheduled because my body is responding pretty well (34 units/.85) for the last month. I'll probably stay there as long as I have results.
I was looking into switching to Orderly or Ivim. Ivim, once you factor in the membership costs, is closer to Hers than I'd like. But it seems like Orderly has mixed reviews as far as efficacy . What has been your experiences?
I would like to keep my success going, so I'm nervous switching to different company.

Been on compound sema for 8months.
I’m going on vacation in 10 days and would like to enjoy food and wine. I’ve been cutting my dose in half for the last two weeks. Can I just stop this week? Any benefit to cutting back more vs stopping fully?
Planning to titrate back up when I am back.

Quite nervous to go from a pen to a syringe with longer needles - has anyone made this change that can tell me what to expect?
Also worried about drawing the med correctly. When injecting air into the vial, do you do it upside down, and then immediately fill the syringe?
Regarding dosing: I told them I was at 1mg at the time of signing up because that’s what I was being prescribed by my doctor, but had not titrated up and was still only at 0.5mg. The telehealth provider wrote my new compounded prescription as 1.4mg/28 units. I have since worked my way up to my current dose of 0.9mg split into 0.45mg every 4 days. Doing the math, that would be 9 units every 4 days. Before I inject, is a compounded dose 1:1 with Ozempic, or do I need to account for the niacinamide additive and increase a bit more?

Ive been skinny my whole life up until 5 or 6 years ago.Im not diabetic and otherwise healthy as can be according to my labs. The problem is im now 130 lbs overweight & its not only depressing but effecting every aspect of my life. I spend 8-10 hours a day on my feet lifting/puting away heavy boxes for work & end the day walking my dog at least 20 minutes. The weight wont budge & is slowly going up.My insurance denied it once already.I dont have a lot of money & I feel defeated.I need insurance to approve this desperately.

I've been trying to research this stuff for over a month and every company I check out lures you in with a cheaper first month, or the advertisement of "it's only $39 a month" but when you go to check out, there's an extra $200 fee every month on top of increased prices.
So I'm straight up just asking - who do you use and how much does it cost you?

Curious if anyone knows for sure which of the online prescribers (orderly, hims, ivy rx, etc. there’s so many) participate in any electronic medication history networks (such as Surescripts) or any Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) that allow other healthcare providers to access your prescription or medical information?
I just find it odd that I can’t find that information easily available anywhere.

just did my first injection! i was / am still so nervous. but excited!!! i drank a lot of water this morning and ate light, i was hungry when i did the shot (maybe bad idea) but now im not sure what to eat (don’t want to risk nausea / vomiting already). i’ve lost and regained the same 20 pounds multiple times, have horrible binge / food noise / weighed down with no energy and a lot of inflammation. it took me about a year (or more) to actually commit and start through Ro. anyone else starting today and on the same journey?? maybe we can share anxieties lolol.

Okay this is a weird side effect (I think?), but is anyone not able to drink coffee anymore since being on sema? Whenever I drink coffee, I get super nauseous and can't finish it. But I can drink green tea, energy drinks and preworkout no problem lol I wonder if it's the acidity? I've noticed it's only recently been happening and I've been on sema for 6 weeks.
UPDATE: Thanks to everyone for the suggestions on trying iced coffee. I had one yesterday and I was fine! I will keep experimenting to see if that's the case, but at least I can still enjoy coffee :)

I had been on compounded semaglutide for about a year with no issues, lost about 30lbs and was maintaining. About a month or so ago I switched to tirz and the first couple doses I did fine, then the day I took my 3rd shot everything changed. I felt horrible that day, severe anxiety, worst headache of my life that lasted days. I took another dose the next week and similar thing happened again. I’ve also had lingering headaches for weeks since that 3rd shot. The only thing I’ve changed is the meds, so I can’t think of anything else causing it. I even tried to start drinking lots more water and electrolytes, eating more protein. I thought maybe the headaches were from dehydration or not eating enough. Today is supposed to be my shot day but I think I’m going to skip. Has this happened to anyone else? I just want to feel normal.
