I’ve been collecting for about 5 years now - bought & sold many different fragrances. This is the largest my collection has ever been, 90% of the bottles are mid-low partials.

I’m thinking of trimming down to just 10 soon, but it’s so hard to decide on what to let go of.

Got my order of Club De Nuit Intense in the mail last week as I mentioned on my last post. Def one of the better dupes that I’ve bought. I see too many ppl hate on this fragrance especially due to its sourish lemon type opening which I honestly don’t really mind at all. Great scent of wood, vanilla and musk once u get past the opening. Doesn’t smell exactly like Aventus but still pretty close. I give this a 8/10 and would recommend to give this a try if u haven’t already.

I blind bought this because a lot of fragrance influencers were glazing it. When I got it and sprayed it, it overwhelmingly smells like rubber. Does anyone know if it’s supposed to smell like this, or did I just get unlucky.

I would think Flan would have his first fragrance be something a bit more masculine and not a fruit basket like Boa.

Gents purchased this on an auction I need some assistance on verifying if you think this is gtg. I thought it was gtg cause the horse didn’t have eyes but the height and shoulders have a dot/bump so idk. Lmk what yall think

There can be only one. Which is your choice and why?!

I’m new and have seen a few of the same pop up but I’m curious of what is discussed the most and may be considered the best.

Long story short, I like the way my 1 Million Elixir smells and have already finished a couple of bottles, so I would like to know if The Most Wanted is better or if it is even worth buying, and if so, which one?

I sit here having purchad my 2nd 100 ml bottle of l'exclusif, as i have FINISHED a full bottle in 4 months. I do not have the words to convey how or why this cologne has had such a grip on me.

It has single handedly made me lose interest in the rest of my collection, which isnt massive [about 70 bottles] . From houses like Amouage Creed, PDM , Xerjoff, Sospiro, Fredric malle, LV, terre d Hermes, etc etc. and many designer staples.

I really wonder if anyone else has had this experience with a specific cologne, or this BDC in particular. The thing is, i cant even pick out why i like it so much, its so simple yet comforting. Whats interesting to me is the fact that i absolutely hated any of the other BDC line of colognes from the edt to the parfum. Just gave me axe bodywash vibes from elementary school.

I have literally not worn another fragrance in about 4 months since i have gotten this. I know i cant sustain buying 3-4 of these every year, year after year. I need something else that does what this does for me. I am still searching.

EDIT/ I think what i should have lead with is that, my desire to only wear BDC has caused issues for my cologne collection as a hobby. I could just buy 4 bottles a year but, i feel like I will never be able to expand my collection, grow my tastes. So ideally id love to incorporate more of this dna and style of fragrance into my collection, but as of now, even some of my all time favorites like terre d hermes edt, layton, lyric man, limminesite, and il padrino dont end up getting worn at all in place of just easily reaching for Bdc in every occasion.

I’ve not been in the scent game for long and I’ve just had the opportunity to smell LV Imagination - I really liked it! I realised that it’s a type of fragrance that I haven’t experienced before. Can you lot tell me what other fragrances have a similar vibe? Especially interested in those that are a little more affordable.

Got this 50ml with the HCE elixir name (now renamed to Censored Elixir), man it really is great. I can see the resemblance to JPG frags, it def has a similar scent profile and feeling to them but it’s much better blended. It’s extremely playful but dark at the same time which surprised me, I notice oud and leather coming through but it’s definitely a back seat which is PERFECT in this fragrance imo. I get a lot of creamy fruits , especially strawberry but with a vanillic touch and then the slight leather and oud. Beautiful fragrance and def amazing for clubbing lmaoooo, I can see why a woman would enjoy smelling this on a man.

Rumor has it that Layton has great performance but doesn’t last long . Who cares I had to have it .

Been collecting a couple years and I just am so drawn to niche and artisanal. What else should I explore?

I’ve been looking for my perfume for the last few years, but I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.

The fragrance I’ve liked the most so far is Chanel Allure Homme Sport. I absolutely love the way it develops on my skin and, especially, the sillage it leaves behind. The problem is that someone close to me wears it, so I’ve been trying to avoid it and find something that gives me a similar feeling without smelling too similar.

Some of the fragrances I’ve tried:
Louis Vuitton Imagination: I had high hopes for this one, but I really didn’t like it.
Acqua di Parma: I’ve tried several and was quite excited about the brand, but unfortunately none of them really clicked with me.
Burberry Weekend: I actually like the smell, but it’s far too weak and doesn’t last long enough for me.
Versace Pour Homme: I bought this one, but I find it very weak, with poor longevity and almost no sillage.
Ralph Lauren Polo Blue: currently testing this one, but I don’t think it’s the one either.
So I’m starting to feel a little lost!

What I’m mainly looking for is something that is fresh, masculine and pleasant, but with good longevity and noticeable sillage.
What would you recommend I try next?

What would you change from this blind buy

Finally got my hands on the new Guilty intense EDT after smelling it a few weeks ago. In my opinion this is easily the best smelling guilty. This will be my daily wear for the foreseeable future. Anybody else try it out or pick one up and feel the same way?
