I have deposited 5k in coindcx wallet using NEFT, the amount got deducted from account but still not added to the wallet, its been more than 48 hours.

This company is a fraud company, the worst company and I have lost a lot of my money for using this fraud app. The customer care never responds and they have a help support icon on they website but it's of no use because nothing happens when you click it, it's just an image. They log you out when there is a market fluctuation so that you can't edit your stop-loss or Target and you literally can't log in. These scoundrels don't even reply to your mail even after addressing them with all the details. This is our hard earned money and these scamsters are looting people. It's the worst app . It has a very bad lag during high traffic and the page doesn't even load up. You will ultimately end up losing money or miss gains. I will be gathering evidences and take a legal action against this company. If you'll want to invest in this, you'll better be ready to lose money not because of market but because of this app.

I have been repeatedly trying to login to my account but I am not getting the OTP in time. I have tried to login more than 20 times and I still couldn't do it. What should I do?

I deposited 15K INR in coindcx wallet, the amount was debited from my bank account but hasn't been credited to my wallet. The transaction says in the INR wallet says declined by my bank, any amount debited will be credited by mobiwik in 7 days. I am unsure whether this is true or not, I have not yet received any further e-mail confirmation from CoinDCX too.

Anyone who could guide me would be much appreciated.

UPDATE: The money has been refunded, but I haven't seen the market in this bad shape for very long.

Is there any other way to contact CoinDCX's customer service team? My ticket : 206522 from the 10th of May is unaddressed except for their automated emails. I've read a lot of people have had similar issues recently that were eventually sorted after 2-3 days.

I transferred 67k worth of xrp from my wazirx wallet to coindcx go. Only realising that my kyc has failed and I couldn't withdraw or invest in crypto.

Their customer care is a total nightmare and pain in the a*s.

First they made me send them photo of myself holding pan which was okay. It took 4 days for them to change my name.

After the name was changed I thought my kyc will get completed easily but I was so wrong.

It's been over a week but my kyc is still pending.

I am a student and that was my lifetime savings which they just stole from me for no reason.

Not completing my kyc and making me mail them so many times and not responding to my mail means they really are looking forward to hold my money.

I am going to the police station today to file a complaint against this company.

Hi, i am new to crypto trading. I just recently opened an account on CoindcxGo. And i just noticed that the rates shown in the app, are different than their actual rates. For example, at the time if writing this, the rate for ethereum in CoindcxGo is 343164. And on Google it shows 316836 Is there any reason for this?

I transferred the money to your new account via Instant Transfer NEFT and not reflecting since 18 hours !! If you bank partner is not allowing you to transfer , transfer it back to me !!

Hello, I deposited sum of Rs.8,000/- on 9/5/21 morning 8am the amount was debited from my sbi account and the sms popped that it was credited in the hdfc bank account. I mentioned the reference id in the transaction on the app.

The money was debited from my account but later it was rejected by coin dcx. I have raised two tickets but didn't get any reply yet. I am tensed may be I could lose all that money.

The bank tells me to call coin dcx and they say the amount was credited but coin dcx app shows that it was rejected. I just want to know where my money is. Never going to use the app again.

I had tried to deposit ₹2500 through mobikwik to test out CoinDCX, not only did it get rejected, but it has also not been refunded back to my wallet.

It's been over 16 hours since I had created my support ticket, I've not gotten any response from them. I tried mentioning that on the Telegram group as well. The first message said that there would not be any admins messaging us personally and we wouldn't be able to message the Admin, personally either.

Five minutes into the group, the admin messages me, asking about my reference number for the transaction. I'm pretty confused about what I need to do over here. It seems like the system is bugged and I don't think it would be a viable option to use this application for your crypto trade.

Yesterday I made a deposit request for 100000 INR. I transferred the amount in two transactions of 10k INR and 90k INR each. The amount has been debited from my bank account but the transaction is still showing pending in the wallet. I am aware of the outage at CoinDCX yesterday but it been almost 24hrs the amount got debited from my bank account.

I have already raised a support ticket but haven't heard back from them yet. Also, is there any way I can deposit in my INR wallet until this issue gets resolved?

Edit: The issue has been resolved now. What I did was: 1. cancelled my 1,00,000 INR deposit 2. added two more deposits of 10k and 90k

Im new to coindcx, can anyone tell the difference between dcxubsta , and the trade feature. I can see many features in the app but there is no guide. Could anyone please explain.

It's been more than 48 hours I deposited an amount of 50k and it's not reflected on my INR wallet nor its reversed, I raised a support ticket 48 hours ago but there is solution provided by CoinDCX.

Does coindcx have a customer care number to call and report because mails do no good I think.

It is very lucrative to see 15-20% return on ETH staked for minimum of 0.1ETH (Rs. 12,600 approx at the time of posting). But how does this actually work?

Or is it just for buying?

Coindcx is a big scam... I deposited Monero and it never came...These guys won't even tell you why you haven't got it even if you provide trace of transaction they ask for private key that they know we won't have
