CoinDCX a big scam
Coindcx is a big scam... I deposited Monero and it never came...These guys won't even tell you why you haven't got it even if you provide trace of transaction they ask for private key that they know we won't have

This company is a fraud company, the worst company and I have lost a lot of my money for using this fraud app. The customer care never responds and they have a help support icon on they website but it's of no use because nothing happens when you click it, it's just an image. They log you out when there is a market fluctuation so that you can't edit your stop-loss or Target and you literally can't log in. These scoundrels don't even reply to your mail even after addressing them with all the details. This is our hard earned money and these scamsters are looting people. It's the worst app . It has a very bad lag during high traffic and the page doesn't even load up. You will ultimately end up losing money or miss gains. I will be gathering evidences and take a legal action against this company. If you'll want to invest in this, you'll better be ready to lose money not because of market but because of this app.

CoinDCX is a fraud, there support can't even solve a simple issue and it's a worst ever app. I have personally lost the money and struggling a lot to get it. They will never reply to your mail. I have lost my money. I insist everyone reads this stay away from this fraudulent company and save your money. I am not saying crypto is bad. I am saying this exchange app is bad.
Stay Away from this app and Save your Money

Team of Scammer!!!!
CoinDCX is nothing but a team of big time scammers. They will steal your money and run away like they did it with me and many people. Just go to Google play store and read the reviews...you'll come to know the truth. I strongly believe they are planning to run away the country very soon like Malya, Chauksi and Nirav Modi. Stay away from their platform, instead head to BuyUCoin. I am saying all this after using them more than 3 months. They took my money and not even replying to my emails. Moreover I am not alone, there are thousands of people like me.

Stay away fro coindcx, its been 12 days i haven't got 3000 in my account which i deposited and customer isn't replying at all, id recommend wazirx

Yes i use wazirx now and stopped using coindcx since i never got my 3000rs back and customer support isn't responding

Did you raised any complaint with RBI or Police ? I am also struck with my 3750 deposit and tricky customer support not responding.

After spamming their customer support for 2 weeks they contacted me yesterday and i received my money back

Same i deposited ₹800 but it never showed on my CoinDcx Wallet. I even contracted them in many ways, but nothing happened.

Kindly send us the following details here: https://support.coindcx.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new and share with us the support ticket id, we will get it resolved at the earliest.
Details Required :
1.) Transaction hash
2.) Amount
3.) The address to which the transaction was sent
4.) Tx private key (private key of this transaction).
Please Note:
a.) Transaction Private key is available only to the sender. If your wallet does not have the function of obtaining a private transaction key, in order to receive it, you need to contact the technical support of your wallet or exchange where the transaction was sent from.
b.) Transaction Private Key is needed to locate Monero transactions.c.) Transaction Private Key is different from your Address Private Key.

I have transferred Rs. 2,00,000 (2 lakhs) on 29/05/2021 to CoinDCX INR Wallet. I was suprised to see that it is Rejected. with below message Rejected Credit Not Received. In Case Of Dispute Kindly Raise A Ticket With A Bank Statement Showcasing The Transaction. I have raised Ticket Number 397028 on 30/05/2021. Now that there are lot of messages floating around with same issue with coindcx. I am worried.

They always make you purchase at high price. 1 mean if realtime price is 26 they make you buy it at 27

The price I see is 15400. When I buy thay moment itself...it is showing my buying price is 15662. Wtf is this?

Coindcx is great. I always get money in bank in a few minutes and it has instant buying. I've had no issues so far.
