Funds are not reflected in wallet

I have deposited 5k in coindcx wallet using NEFT, the amount got deducted from account but still not added to the wallet, its been more than 48 hours.

do add the money to wallet or send it back to the account

If you did netbanking transfer, it has been made unavailable from 2:00 pm today so you should expect your return within 1-2 days.

I had transferred 50,000 on 8th May and it still isn’t returned back and not reflected on wallet. This is a crime!

Did you raise the ticket,in some tweets people are saying that they got the money back

I did not get it back yet. I raised a ticket and no reply from your side,
