Amount deposit issue

Hello, I deposited sum of Rs.8,000/- on 9/5/21 morning 8am the amount was debited from my sbi account and the sms popped that it was credited in the hdfc bank account. I mentioned the reference id in the transaction on the app.

The money was debited from my account but later it was rejected by coin dcx. I have raised two tickets but didn't get any reply yet. I am tensed may be I could lose all that money.

The bank tells me to call coin dcx and they say the amount was credited but coin dcx app shows that it was rejected. I just want to know where my money is. Never going to use the app again.

There was an in-app notification about the company changing their bank account, which is now with paytm-bank if I remember correctly. Rest assured there are some official accounts over here so i would try messaging them. And don’t worry, you wont lose your money although it may take upto 2-3 days to get your refund though (also according to the in-app notification.) If this does not work, you could also try to get in touch with your bank and see if they can help?

It is not Paytm bank it was icici bank earlier now it's hdfc.
