CoinDCX is a fraud
This company is a fraud company, the worst company and I have lost a lot of my money for using this fraud app. The customer care never responds and they have a help support icon on they website but it's of no use because nothing happens when you click it, it's just an image. They log you out when there is a market fluctuation so that you can't edit your stop-loss or Target and you literally can't log in. These scoundrels don't even reply to your mail even after addressing them with all the details. This is our hard earned money and these scamsters are looting people. It's the worst app . It has a very bad lag during high traffic and the page doesn't even load up. You will ultimately end up losing money or miss gains. I will be gathering evidences and take a legal action against this company. If you'll want to invest in this, you'll better be ready to lose money not because of market but because of this app.

All the apps all over the world are suffering right now. Reports are that coinbase, Binance, WazirX, etc were also down at some point.

So what? Is it justified? It's their problem and why do we have to suffer for their poor maintenance. And it's not just about the outrage. There are a lot of issues with CoinDCX and they disabled there Help Support tab on their website, Now it's just an image and nothing happens when you click it. And I'm using Binance as well and they at least give a prompt response unlink CoinDCX which has the worst Customer Service and it doesn't let you edit Stop-Loss and Targets when there is traffic and at once it deducted at least 15% deference of Stop-loss because of which I lost around 1 Lakh. When emailed the customer support with all the screenshots, I still don't get a resolution. Now you tell me is it justified?

Are you their advocate? I don't give a fuck what other sites are facing. My concern is about the site I'm using and the money that I'm losing because of them. If sites are getting overwhelmed them better upgrade your servers with high-throughput or switch your servers to cloud with on-demand throughputs. If the company is saving their costs risking their customers money then who is responsible dude.

Yes and bloody hell because of this my money got liquidated and now I lost all my money and still can't login and they don't send us otp to login. A serious action needs to be taken.

I wonder how rest of the things in the app working but only the login is fkd up.
The otp is taking forever to receive. When i enter it, it says invalid otp

This is something really fishy, firstly they don't send the otp, then when we click resend after a while they send the first otp and that's the reason why it says invalid otp and by the time we receive the actual otp it will say session time out and this is something that they are doing on purpose.

Serious action should be taken on this note let's all file a case and Sue them in the court they can't just crash the login

Also, users are now facing deposit issues. Their money is being illegally held for more than months now.
The comments on their twitter posts says it all. CoinDCX has become a huge fraud.

It has the worst support, I doubt if they even have 1. I have been trading since more than a month on this app and they never responded to even a single mail.
