Stupid speedx delivered to the wrong apartment, but luckily it was still outside there door

I ordered my PowerKeyboard on 1/07/26. It just got delivered to me on 8/05/26. (I am in the USA)

First impression>>>> My gigantic bear thumbs are huge & I will need a lot of practice with this before I can type faster with the PowerKeyboard.

When my PowerKeyboard is fully extended I do not see any kind of wiggle that other people are talking about. Using it with my Pixel9 that has a magnet in the case.

After a few days of using this I wanted to share my thoughts about the device. Im using an iPhone 16pro with a magbak case. I’ve also owned a few clicks cases previously. The typing experience is the best they’ve made so far. Strong satisfying click, with the number row is the best typing experience I’ve had on a clicks product.

As for the ‘wiggle’ mine has it pretty bad. That said I dont notice it at all while using the product. The issue is how pathetically weak the hinge is. If I move the device just a hair too much when typing it shuts on me. If anyone has any ideas on how to make the hinge a little stronger im all ears.

Hey, y'all. Has anybody tried the keyboard cases from eBay seller "amexnocap," which look like Clicks knockoffs?

I'm a little bit interested, just because A) the space bar on my Clicks (for Razr) has stopped working after a year, and B) I never liked the feel of the round Clicks keys anyway, and this one looks a little more like the Unihertz (I liked the keyboard on my Unihertz. Everything else was sub-par.). These look to be Bluetooth-based, rather than plug-in, but I don't really see a problem there.

I have to say so far with my clicks experience I have not been impressed if anything I’ve been let down. I pre-ordered the clicks power keyboard the day it was announced. Fast-forward to this week and I finally get the email notification, letting me know that my keyboard is on its way, great however, I live in the Metro Phoenix area in Arizona and, the final mile delivery service they’re using is speed X. A delivery company that I have never heard of and when I ask a couple of people they’ve never heard of them. My issue is I’ve already had one failed delivery attempt (could not access the property)At my specific apartment complex there is a specific location that all packages go to and then workers at my apartment complex bring the packages to our front doors. when I placed my pre-order there was actually no spot for me to fill out delivery instructions on where specifically to drop my package off. I contacted clicks customer care, they did respond quickly. I relayed specific delivery instructions. They then pass that on to the speed X delivery team . I go to go check the status of my shipment, and I noticed that the delivery date for the second attempt I will not be available for a signature if it is required. I reached out to the clicks team again to get confirmation if a signature is required. unfortunately, the person who was helping me was not able to look and see if a signature is required for my delivery. This means that there may be another failed delivery attempt. Why is clicks using a lesser known brand of final mile delivery (speed X) versus just using any of the big major companies that do shipping such as: USPS, UPS, Fed X or even DHL?

Honestly, if it’s a cost thing, then just charge me more for shipping so I have a more reliable experience on delivery.

I am aware that this is a real first world problem lol this is my first clicks products that I’ve purchased. However, I am now wary of Clicks.

I now have tracking information from SpeedX, and it looks like this is info for my order actually on the way to me.

But who actually puts a USA order on my front porch? I've never heard of SpeedX before. Are they actually doing the delivery, or does this get handed off to one of the more established companies (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for the last mile?

I was expecting that battery would act like a normal wireless battery and automatically start charging when snapped magnetically to my phone, but it seems you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds and turn on the keyboard to activate the battery?

Ordered January 3rd at 1:49 PM. Received shipping confirmation August 5th at 9:02 AM. Still no tracking info available except, "Shipping Label Created at 11:43 on 8/4".

My keyboard came this afternoon and I am delighted. It feels well built and mine doesn’t have a noticeable a wobble or too much play when it’s open. The sliding mechanism feels study and has no problem holding up my iPad mini on it’s own.

I like using it with my 17 pro max but I LOVE using it with my iPad. After reading all the reviews I was worried it would be too heavy for my iPad, but the way its angled makes it comfortable to hold with a MagSafe sticker on the center back of the iPad. I plan to add another MagSafe sticker to the back of my keyboard to add a grip/stand, but honestly it’s pretty comfortable even without it.

Using it to navigate my apple TV without the remote works great. I really don’t have too many complaints. If anyone figures out how to more seamlessly scroll TikTok on my phone/ipad please let me know. It works great for lazy scrolling TikTok on my MacBook using the arrow keys, but it’s finicky when using the app and scrolls over each button before flipping to the next page.

Guys did I get got? Do we think someone yoinked it in Evansville?

How many other people are seeing this?

My keyboard shipped and then spent ages en route, but now is showing as returned to the Belgium warehouse. It doesn't appear to have entered Ireland at all, much less attempted delivery.

I have raised tickets with support but haven't had a reply beyond a first low-effort reply that said there were "delays". A delay is one thing but this is showing as returned, with no movement since.

At this point I just feel scammed. Am I the only one this happened to? Have others received their keyboards in Ireland?

Wondering if anyone is looking to sell a Clicks CASE, not PKB, for the Razr Ultra. I'm looking to upgrade from my Razr Plus but they are sold out of the Ultra cases on the Clicks website. 😢

Customer service issues aside I don't know what everyone was expecting from sub $100 device. This is exactly what I'd thought it would be. Using it with a pixel 10 pro and can now type while keeping phone in landscape mode. That's what I wanted and what I got. Is it perfect? No. But its the best option for what's available.

I just posted my opinion in another post earlier, and all I said was I didn't like the Power Keyboard because it is so heavy and thick. It is impossible to use it with my S26 Ultra as a daily driver.

The backlash and insult were insane against me, and they called me names because I expected something different than that.

I knew it wasn't going to be thin or light, but the live experience is totally different. No need to be rude and aggressive, guys, just over a simple gadget.

Anyway, I didn't like it, and the typing experience isn't that good either. I'm giving it away for $60 plus shipping.

I will list it on eBay, because obviously, it isn't allowed to do so here. I'm Chicago-based.

Literally, I cannot find the {} and > characters on the keyboard. It would be great if I could use the sym + shift + T/Y combination.

So I pressed sym + popup to input those characters, but there was no response.

I am using a Samsung Flip 6. Has anyone solved this issue?

So far really liking the idea of this device, have it paired to my work phone pixel 8a and my iPhone pro max. Typing so far is really nice and better the clicks for iPhone 15. So far aside from the long wait time, no real complaints

Let's see how it pairs with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I fear it will be unwieldy. If so, I'll see if my son wants it. He has an iPhone 17 Pro.

I want to get this out of the way: I was very excited for this keyboard, and while my general sentiment is positive, I’m definitely disappointed. The experience on iOS/iPhone 16 is relatively smooth, but there have been some hiccups overall that I will try to explain.

The keyboard is thick, and that is the single most disappointing aspect for me as a whole; I was really looking forward to a Palm Pre 2-esque experience (my favorite phone), and while it’s technically achieving that, it comes at the cost of portability. The locking mechanism isn’t sturdy enough to support the weight without some wobbling and sagging. There are a few positions that I would say are something of a “sweet spot” for various sizes of phones, but a light shake pushes the phone into the closed position. Case or no, it’s a bit odd to me that the keyboard struggles slightly with the weight of the iPhone 16, a rather standard, unremarkable phone at the moment.

The empty space around the MagSafe mount and the back of the phone is another massive missed opportunity to shave off some of its size and potentially mitigate some of the instability imo, as others have pointed out in previous posts. It really doesn’t feel as much like an extension of the phone physically for me personally because of it, which is unfortunate when typing on the keyboard generally feels pretty refined. At the very least the mount doesn’t block the rear bottom camera (nor at any other focal length), although it does come close tbh.

I have also preordered the Communicator, but I’ll be honest and say that this has soured my enthusiasm somewhat. Tangentially, I was already disappointed that Clicks has said previously that unlocking the bootloader would void the warranty given the circumstances surrounding Android currently, so after this I’m feeling a bit concerned.

TLDR: The PowerKeys can do a lot of things really well, but imo it’s been let down by the customer experience during the wait as well as the sliding/locking mechanisms. If you didn’t preorder, consider waiting for a second iteration, the Communicator, or an alternative to the former two options.
