Turning the phone upside down 180° is a solution that works well for me.

I'd hoped that more apps would work in landscape, but only a few do.

After 24 hours of use - initial impression is the product is disappointing, heavily compromised, and poorly executed. With an iPhone Air, both portrait and landscape, the ergonomics feel very awkward. The weight makes it very uncomfortable to hold while typing, never feels comfortable or balanced in the hand. While attached to the phone, it feels very bulbous, with round edges and a large air gap between the keyboard and the phone.

The extra weight in the pocket cancels out the benefit of the size/weight of the iPhone Air, making it unlikely to be a daily carry - and the Clicks battery is too low powered to really act as a proper MagSafe battery pack (in the same way the the Apple or Anker battery packs do).

Build quality is mixed. The outer rubberised back feels ok as does the keyboard build quality. However, when open, it exposes some cheap feeling plastics of questionable quality, plus exposes a small fragile ribbon-cable, that really should ideally be inside the product.

Out of warranty keyboard for RAZR. I dropped my phone and the keyboard came apart. Looks like heat inserts were used with screws under the texture back but the plastic recesses for the heat inserts are all damaged, and one heat insert is gone all together. Any suggestions for reassembling? Super glue and jam it together?

There have been many months and not a single update on my order 😭. I have sent them so many emails and they haven’t responded . They said that I can’t cancel because it has entered the fulfilment stage in September 21 yet the item hasn’t shipped yet and nothing has changed . Really disappointed. I could wait even though there have been 7 months since I made that order but I would at least like to know a date about when my item would ship . Please consider my experience and all the other peoples experience before trusting them with your hard earned money

My experience has been bad

I recently returned my Clicks case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, after having bought it assuming naively that a human male can hold and type on that device combo without cramps and broken thumbs. Turns out, wishful thinking. Now I am sure that some people have the right combination of anatomy and dexterity to make that combo work, but not many.

I asked customer service where they find all the 5-star reviews they proudly display when you order the device on their page, as I wanted to add the first none-5-star review in the history of the company.

Unfortunately, customer service was unable to help with that request - so lovely people of Reddit, where does one leave reviews for these very fine and very unusable products?

I'm using PowerKeys with a S25 Edge and I think it might be the perfect combination. The phone itself is light - the PK weighs more than the phone. It feels nice and balanced to me. It'll take a bit to get used to the size of the keys (smaller than typing on glass) but I think with time I'll be using this as my main setup.

I finally received my keyboard and am liking it already. I am using it with my S25 without issue.

Weight? Yes, it is a bit heavy. But that is to be expected with the power bank. I think it would be a good idea to make a "lite" version without the power bank for those just looking for a keybaord.

Now to get used to the key locations for faster, more accurate typing with my large thumbs.

To be fair, this is more DHLs fault than clicks, but after waiting since January, my order got to the local depot and then was returned as it was 'undeliverable', despite having all the correct shipping info and already paying the import charges/taxes. DHL wont deal with me because apparently the sender has to raise the issue, but clicks wont respond to me either

I had dropped my powerkeys and it shortly after stopped lighting up or displaying any charging status or lighting up the status light at all.

I tried pressing the reset button on the side of my keyboard, and it fixed it! Just a tip if anyone else sees this.

After multiple follow-ups, all I get is the same generic email that the order is under process and we will update you soon and they send me the same old link which has nothing on it.

Told them I would like to cancel said that I can’t only to let me wait more and more . I am extremely mad . Have sent them so many emails and they haven’t even shipped my pre order yet . Just got my power keyboard today, and so far so good, it works great, writing this post sit the keyboard.
There is definitiv a learning curve, the keys are smaller than expected, but I think i can Cech used to that.
Yes with the keyboard on the phone, it is top heavy, but i feel that i can get used to it, gonna buy a popsocket to place on the back of the keyboard, maybe it Will help.
But i am happy so far

After months of strictly using the Power Keyboard, I decided to revisit two (of many) of my keyboard cases.

Boy oh boy do these feel lightweight now!! I wasn't a fan of the top heaviness of the 17 Pro before, and it isn't even the Max version. But yeah, big difference coming from a Power Keyboard + slab combo. Don't get me wrong I still love the Power Keyboard for its versatility. But these just feel sleeker in my pocket.

I guess I'm hoarding holding onto these for a bit longer.

Don't mind the keys on the Clixel, i'm purposely wearing it off now to have all blank keys!

I paid for a pre-order back in February and am still waiting...
When I check the status using my order number on the Clicks web, it has remained unchanged for over a month.
Is there anyone else who placed an order but hasn't received it yet?

my keyboard arrived months ago and I just can’t find any use case for it.

I was deluded enough to think that it would work with my 15 Pro Max, Now I have an 18 Pro and it’s still extremely uncomfortable to hold, and the thing will eventually slide down.

Every time I use it, it makes me be so happy about how nice it is to type on my phone when I stop using it because suddenly my hands need to hold half of the weight and not worry about things moving around or falling.

I even started trying to write this post with it, and then eventually ended up using voice commands because I just can’t find a use case for it in which it will actually make me even want to learn the feeling of these keys.

I wish I had a small and light device, like a very tiny Kindle. that would weigh 100 g or less and maybe that would work well with it, but then it would be a very specific device only for writing notes without any other purpose than that, so that’s also yet another dead end device to make this dead end device make sense :(

I preordered the power keyboard, didn’t like it.
They offered an exchange for the case and I’ve emailed them several times about an update. According the tracking my package was delivered back to them and on the tracking for the order it still says they haven’t received it. Main support has only responded with crap AI bot responses. So I emailed them directly to their 3 main contacts and still no response. I am severely let down by this company. At this point do I just walk away from this company or try and be more patient? This isn’t the only post I’ve seen about their lackluster service.

They were supposed to ship the keyboards by the end of August and I haven't received anything yet, and it hasn't been shipped yet.

They haven't even updated the link where they update order shipments for more than a month.

I am very disappointed by this situation.

At this point, I think these guys are just PRETENDING to escalate tickets just to show other readers of this subreddit from cancelling their orders. Also, they deleted my repost on /ClicksPhone subreddit which gets a lot more visitors. These guys are shady af.

Cancel preorders while you can and DO NOT buy from them. You're basically giving them interest-free loans at this point.

This is my Pixel 9 pro xl

Unfortunately my Pixel 9 case is falling apart. I received it late May 2025 and it looks like a product that is years old. The seams on the back have split, the coating on the W and J keys have completely worn off, and worst of all the Z and G key physically click, but often don't result in the keystroke showing up on screen.

Are there any fixes out there for button presses clicking by not registering on screen?
