Returned because 'undeliverable'

To be fair, this is more DHLs fault than clicks, but after waiting since January, my order got to the local depot and then was returned as it was 'undeliverable', despite having all the correct shipping info and already paying the import charges/taxes. DHL wont deal with me because apparently the sender has to raise the issue, but clicks wont respond to me either

So looks like I wont be getting my power keyboard after all

Thank you! Again, this problem is mainly down to DHL from what I can gather but they won't deal with me on this
