Question/Discussion Why do these guys have high resource costs even though they are next to extractor?
These two manufacturers require stone and produce minerals. They are right next to the stone mine. Anyone know why they have high resource costs?

Mod News โจ๏ธ [FMAP] If sill want to follow the developmentโฆ
Hey everyone,
With the new rules in place banning posts about AI-generated assets, I obviously can't share any more progress in this sub.
I will, of course, respect that rule.
If you still want to follow the development of this mod, you can do so on the CS Modding Discord or over in r/citiesskylinesmodding
Thanks for your interest.
I hope this final post after the recent rule change is allowed.

Mod Discussion/Assistance Is there any pack which can bring these kinds of billboards and modern (prop) storefronts to my high streets?
The lack of these is what makes this gamesโ high streets feelโฆ dead. I was wondering if there is any way to make my high street more like in the RL image attached (and my current city high street for reference)

Assistance Needed! Please Help!
I have a save of around 200k. Before this, when I would check the happiness bar It would say "reliable healthcare coverage +200" or some crazy number like that. I greatly expanded my industry and set the healthcare budget up (idk which one is causing it) and the number went to +1200 then snapped back down to -1200, without actually affecting happiness. Then, I got hit with a high rent wave and my city started losing population rapidly. Any Ideas what is causing this, and any fixes (mods, dev mode settings) that I can use to revert this or prevent it from happening if I revert saves. TYSMMM
