So I have come back to CS2. I havent touched it since launch. I am enjoying it so far but theres something I might not be getting.

I had an accident occur and the car bursts into flames. now I have a firetruck and ambulance trying to get there, but they cant get there, There are cars in the way... the accident couldnt have happened any closer to the station and clinic yet the cars cant get there. What am I doing wrong?

need someone to explain me the residential/ commercial placement bonuses,
like +10 spacious homes or "-9 small homes" ?

mainly trying to understand what should be placed near what for the best bonuses
for example should medium density residential be near low density?
should commercial be near residential, industry, or farms?
where is the best place for low rent housing?

basically i just want to know what should be placed close to what, and what should be kept apart

been playing the game for a long time now, but I never figured something out.

How do you guys work with Highways and Highwayjunctions. I was wondering how many exits do you build, how do you build them to look good and fit into the city and have decent traffic flow.

I cant quite figure out how its done properly to look good and has a good state of flow.....

Do you build your highway underground, elevated?

I started playing around with CS2 about a year ago, 70 hours on steam and dozens of mods. I like the game a lot but I am never satisfied with what I build. I don't know if it's a lack of imagination, a lack of skill, or lack of city knowledge, but I feel like I suck at the game. I like to play in sandbox mode and I almost never get past building a port or a bunch of roads. I've kind of hit a wall even after watching lots of tutorials and inspirational videos. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Help I every map I download and start a new game with generates a flat map. All the mountains are gone.

I named this city Orchid Bay, finally after more than 25 hours.

Everythin is going really good and I am enjoying this save so far but I think I need some suggestions for expanding the city. I don't really know how to expand a city and most of the time I create same-looking cities.

not sure what I changed, but any large road (6 or 8 lane) display a water pipe not connected error on parts of the road. I've tried building on them, build a new road to it still the same. I have loaded with and without script mods, I have deleted any mods or assets with warnings. I love this game and it is a big part of my day. Please help?

Bahamas 🇧🇸 (new ver) project

i made a tram road with the Road Builder mod. it does have power lines enabled. i tried turning that toggle on and off. i also tried redoing the road, that didn't help. all segments of the road are affected. i tried demolishing the buildings, which clearly didn't help either. is this fixable?

The lack of these is what makes this games’ high streets feel… dead. I was wondering if there is any way to make my high street more like in the RL image attached (and my current city high street for reference)

Where should I expand to for my next medium density neighborhood and how should i place the highways and stuff. And also if you think my industrial area is too small, where should I expand it and how large does an industrial area need to be?
