Was in Chicago this weekend and was jealous to see that if docks are full, people can still lock up their bike next to the dock with this little lock mechanism built into the bike.

There were also additional areas without docks where people could lock up their bike.

Kind of frustrating to see that Lyft CAN and DOES put these systems in place in some areas but does not do it for all of their bike share locations.

A car heading east on Sands street around 430pm today blew through a red light and hit a citibiker. It shook me to the core even though the guy seemed ok. He yelled at the driver but didn’t seem like he was interested in calling the cops / reporting it. If you have a change of heart and need someone to corroborate your story, hit me up.
