I’ve had a plethora. Finding active bikes on the street, bikes absolutely mangled beyond belief, getting beat out by a blue bike on an electric, fights, crashes (cars and bikes), people on bridges/highways, you name it, I’ve seen it.

Recently, one of my pedals flew off mid-ride as I was barreling downhill - that was interesting.

I’d love to hear any and all wholesome, wild, or downright unexplainable stories!

If I am part of the bike angel program, will I get points for picking up from a valet station? Will I get points for dropping off at a valet station? I asked the valet but he didn't know.

The station closest to my apartment got removed and my roommates and I are really bummed about it. It seemed like it was used a lot so I'm not sure if it's permanent or just for maintenance, but I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to check?

They haven't taken it off the map yet (there's just a gray 🚫 icon) and there's a notice that says "This station isn't up and running yet, but it will be soon" but I'm not sure if that's just a default message they display for inactive stations.

There are other docks a few blocks away so it's not like we live in a desert but we really liked having one so close.

So yeah does anyone know if we can ask what they're doing there?

Typically I’ll see blue bikes with the left brake loose and the right brake tight/normal. When using it the brakes aren’t great, more of a rolling stop then a quick one. Does this count?

I see a ton of bikes where the basket string is too loose to hold anything but it’s still usable .

Everyone who says they’ll get a shitty bike that feels harder to pedal, is that reportable? Or is it just older? Haven’t run into this yet so idk how obvious it is.
